We stayed at the Brighton to celebrate our Ruby wedding anniversary and the hotel upgraded our room and also gave us a complimentary bottle of champagne and basket of fruit on the day of our anniversary, which was quite a surprise and very much appreciated. There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. The location was fabulous and the view from our bedroom was fantastic. The staff were very helpful, friendly and polite and we will definitely return in the future

Fantastic views from the window - Louvre, Tuileries Gardens, Musee d'Orsay, Invaliides, Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe all in 180 degree view! Great location. Extremely comfortable. Unexpectedly spacious (for Paris). Superb bathroom - no plumbing problems at all! (this is France and this has regularly been an issue). There was nothing not to like.

Hotel Brighton was perfect for our family of 5. Family suite was ample space for my 2, 6 and 8 year old children. Gardens across the street was also a bonus. We loved the front desk and the bellmen, really made us feel at home. Only small issue was the food options in the hotel could have been better. They were under construction while we were there and I'm sure it will be better in the future. Overall we loved the hotel and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Convenience to major tourisr attractions and the view from our room was fabulous. The air conditioner wasn't wasn't functional, and there were no fans in the rooms, which made it difficult to sleep and had to open the french doos at night. The street noise with the doors opened also made it hard to sleep.

The best aspect of staying at the Brighton was it's location in Paris. It was very close to major attractions. I thought it was a bit overpriced but Paris is an expensive city

The view from my room 310 was probably the best ever - with views of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre and overlooking the Tuleries garden. The room was large and clean, with ample cupboard space. The bed was very comfortable. This room was ideal for sharing with my friend, as the bathroom had two wash basins and a separate toilet. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. I had booked 2 rooms for my party. Unfortunately, on our arrival, room 309 had a very unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom. I complained to reception and they did quickly get housekeeping to check and sort out the problem. Whilst the smell was greatly improved, my friends said it was still detectable in the shower! They did not wish to change their room as however as their view was as good as the one from 310!

It was about 30 minutes walk from all the popular tourist sites. It was close to shopping. The price was resonable. The Internet was free to look- up things to do. There was a small continental breakfest, French style. No American English breakfest or restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was totally satisfactory. The location was superb, and the hotel is quite attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful. While not cheap, the hotel is excellent value. I hope to stay again. I wish breakfast had been included but assume that is an issue of price.

The location suited our needs for our short stay in Paris. Our room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom very good although the water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast was very good and met with our needs and the breakfast room staff were excellent in keeping the food well stocked. We will definitely stay at the Brighton when next we are in Paris. Thank you all staff for a very pleasant stay.

The view from our room on the fifth floor was outstanding - the Louvre, Tuilleries, Place de la Concorde and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast in our room Friendly, helpful staff The gentleman on reception had not been to "charm school" which was a disappointment as usually, we have stayed at the Brighton several times, the staff are very helpful.
