The room on Rue de Rivoli, the beautiful bathroom, and the quality of staff
I have opted for a club room and was given #03-05. Although the room is large, but it was right at the end of the corridor. And there is no view from the window. This is unlike what we read from booking.com that we can view the Eiffel Tower.
Location was excellent, everything in walking distance; Second room was nice (after complaining about the first one);
Very small room for breakfast and low quality croissants; We paid for a higher standard room and after one night we complained, then we were transferred to a nice room; The catering service of the hotel was medium quality;
Great location, good price and value for the money. Facilities were excellent, staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Good breakfast selection, and fast service.
Location is superb view from executive room is amazing..the pictures don't lie, look one way louve the other Eiffel staff very helpful, had early check in following overnight flight very grateful.
Limited facilities at hotel, but expected in small central city hotel. Nothing else
Great location, with a wonderful view of a magical city.
Greeting by receptionist on day we arrived was very condescending, felt like a real put down.
My room was very bad: literally 2m X2m on a mezzanine floor....i could see and hear people passing by in rue de Rivoli!!!!Onestly my laundry at home is bigger than that room!!!!I'llnever go back!
The hotel was all that we could wish for. A great location and not too big, so the staff got to know us. We had a lovely room, with a side view of Tuileries Gardens, It had fantastic facilities including tea and coffee in the room! However, it was the staff who made the stay so perfect, John, Mohammed and their colleagues were friendly, helpful and found nothing too much trouble in assisting us. It really felt like home from home. We will definitely return.
The views, the location, the staff apart from one man at reception.
Lack of wine/champagne glasses in the room.
Location Helpful staff
the "individual" room is about 110 sq feet (10 sq meter) Hot water did not work the first day- no warning apologies thin walls shower room was far from clean pricey for what it is and very different from the pictures
Location, location and location Breakfast
Some part of the hotel under construction/reform Typical french staff service
They accommodated our request for a quiet room. Helpful staff. Emailed us prior to arrival to see if we wanted a driver to pick us up at the airport.
Thought breakfast buffet as the only option at 19 euros was a bit expensive for light eaters.
Views are amazing on Tuilleries side. Staff were very friendly.
We could haver used better tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The little sachets were a bit old hat. The tea bags a bit floral.
The whole Paris in front of your balcony!!!! The best view I have ever seen!!! And the staff was excellent!!! If you travel from Greece look for Frideriki at the reception!!! She used to live in Athens so she can help you with a lot of information!!!
We complained about the room and the front desk staff were immediately responsive and changed us to Room 411 in front of the hotel with a terrace and a beautiful view. Free Wi-Fi, water, and chocolates were much appreciated. Staff were very professional.
Our room the first night was in the back of the hotel, Room 502, on the 5th floor. The hallway rug was taped down and there was some sort of piping in the hall, making for a very dirty appearance and did not make a good first impression. There was construction going on outside and we were kept awake by banging all night. The hotel is dated and could use updating.
Outstanding location. Beautiful room. Very helpful staff.
There was nothing not to like except the final bill; but, it was worth it.
Helpful staff Clean and comfortable Good location
The view from our hotel room over the gardens of Les Tuileries and over to Musee D'Orsay and the Eiffel Tower. The free wi-fi.
The shower over the bath rather than a free standing shower.
The service, the view, the comfortable beds and the location.
Breakfast very average given the very high price that is charged for it.
Location, friendly staff, comfortable, quiet.
The front desk person in charge when we checked in was not very helpful, not friendly. The rest of the staff were really terrific so they made up for the grouchy one.
The Brighton offers an excellent position for the main attractions in Paris Lovely room and views of Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Eifel Tower and much more from the two windows
Comfortable beds. Decent sized bathrooms, with separate toilet Fabulous views to the Louvre and Eifel Tower. Amazingly Great location. Friendly staff, who were very approachable and helpful. Lovely decor Just amazingly outstanding hotel with all the fine touches without the high prices. We had one of the best and most memorable stays in our 20 years of marriage!! Thankyou Brighton it was amazing
Breakfast wasn't extensive, but adequate
Excellent location with a magnificent view over Paris - quite breathtaking from room 513. Staff and quality of the hotel were above our expectations. Definitely will return.
Only a minor issue, would have like to have the cafe area opened earlier during the day.
The location! Magnificent views of Paris ...as far as the eye could see. Proximity to museums etc Good restaurants/cafes
Coffee machine only appeared on the 2nd day and didn't work. Glasses weren't of very nice quality. Terrible hairdryer supplied and nowhere easy to plug my own in. Office centre computer very slow
The position of the Brighton is tops to see all the main sights, and from the top rooms you can see a brilliant Sky line, at night out of this world
