They accommodated our request for a quiet room. Helpful staff. Emailed us prior to arrival to see if we wanted a driver to pick us up at the airport.
Thought breakfast buffet as the only option at 19 euros was a bit expensive for light eaters.
Views are amazing on Tuilleries side. Staff were very friendly.
We could haver used better tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The little sachets were a bit old hat. The tea bags a bit floral.
The whole Paris in front of your balcony!!!! The best view I have ever seen!!! And the staff was excellent!!! If you travel from Greece look for Frideriki at the reception!!! She used to live in Athens so she can help you with a lot of information!!!
We complained about the room and the front desk staff were immediately responsive and changed us to Room 411 in front of the hotel with a terrace and a beautiful view. Free Wi-Fi, water, and chocolates were much appreciated. Staff were very professional.
Our room the first night was in the back of the hotel, Room 502, on the 5th floor. The hallway rug was taped down and there was some sort of piping in the hall, making for a very dirty appearance and did not make a good first impression. There was construction going on outside and we were kept awake by banging all night. The hotel is dated and could use updating.
Outstanding location. Beautiful room. Very helpful staff.
There was nothing not to like except the final bill; but, it was worth it.
Helpful staff Clean and comfortable Good location
The view from our hotel room over the gardens of Les Tuileries and over to Musee D'Orsay and the Eiffel Tower. The free wi-fi.
The shower over the bath rather than a free standing shower.
The service, the view, the comfortable beds and the location.
Breakfast very average given the very high price that is charged for it.
Location, friendly staff, comfortable, quiet.
The front desk person in charge when we checked in was not very helpful, not friendly. The rest of the staff were really terrific so they made up for the grouchy one.
The Brighton offers an excellent position for the main attractions in Paris Lovely room and views of Notre Dame, Louvre, Musee D'Orsay, Eifel Tower and much more from the two windows
Comfortable beds. Decent sized bathrooms, with separate toilet Fabulous views to the Louvre and Eifel Tower. Amazingly Great location. Friendly staff, who were very approachable and helpful. Lovely decor Just amazingly outstanding hotel with all the fine touches without the high prices. We had one of the best and most memorable stays in our 20 years of marriage!! Thankyou Brighton it was amazing
Breakfast wasn't extensive, but adequate
Excellent location with a magnificent view over Paris - quite breathtaking from room 513. Staff and quality of the hotel were above our expectations. Definitely will return.
Only a minor issue, would have like to have the cafe area opened earlier during the day.
The location! Magnificent views of Paris ...as far as the eye could see. Proximity to museums etc Good restaurants/cafes
Coffee machine only appeared on the 2nd day and didn't work. Glasses weren't of very nice quality. Terrible hairdryer supplied and nowhere easy to plug my own in. Office centre computer very slow
The position of the Brighton is tops to see all the main sights, and from the top rooms you can see a brilliant Sky line, at night out of this world
Just a little costly!!
We had read numerous positive reviews about the Brighton before deciding to stay there, and our experience was consistent with those reviews. The staff were attentive, very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, and as a bonus, they all spoke English very well. The breakfast, although pricey, was outstanding. The food was varied, fresh, and delicious, and the service was excellent. This is a wonderful hotel that is within walking distance of many of the major attractions in Paris. It is absolutely worth considering if you are visiting the city.
Our only complaint was the price. We realize that Paris is expensive, and in particular, this section of the city is very pricey, but this was not an inexpensive place to stay (even though it is considerably less expensive than the nearby five-star hotels). Nevertheless, we would stay here again.
perfect location in front of jardin Tuilleries and musee du Louvre. Really nice view from deluxe room. (you can see wide view of beautiful Paris)
In summer time, there was amusement park in front of hotel. Very noisy
Great location and view. The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions and close to a Metro station. It is also close to great restaurants, museums, and amazing shopping. The central location made it easy to stop off for a quick rest or to change clothes. The room was large as was the bathroom, with lots of windows. Both beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, spacious, and attractive. The hotel was quiet and the staff very helpful and friendly. I would not consider staying anywhere else when I return to Paris.
Fantastic hotel in fantastic surroundings. Fantastic City view from the bedroom not the genuine small window in the bathroom. Massive bed. Was really impressed by this place and the level of service.
I wish I could have stay longer!
Excellent location, excellent staf, good breakfast! They gave us a room quite big for Paris with a fantastic view of the city!

Great location Lovely staff Free WiFi
A bit confusing to find room Did not replace tea/coffee in room
Spectacular views Helpful, friendly staff Spacious, comfortable room Great central location
Lack of smoking area
Staff friendly and even try to speak english (even though we didnt mind speak french) but totally unhelpfull
1. room delivery is offered however not available when you order it (they refused to deliver our dinner) 2. they run out of paracetamol and could not give me any, so i had to leave my husband in the room alone (he did not feel good at all and i explained it to them) and go search for medicine myself. their answer was - we dont have any, someone has to go buy it; however they did not agree to send anyone. on top of that they suggested i go to the "nearest" open pharmacy at Opera, even though pharmacy around the corner was actually open. the one at the Opera was as the matter of fact closed.....
Location Size of room
Bar area could be better and longer hours at night
Courtyard view from our room looked more like a service area
