Great location Lovely staff Free WiFi
A bit confusing to find room Did not replace tea/coffee in room
Spectacular views Helpful, friendly staff Spacious, comfortable room Great central location
Lack of smoking area
Staff friendly and even try to speak english (even though we didnt mind speak french) but totally unhelpfull
1. room delivery is offered however not available when you order it (they refused to deliver our dinner) 2. they run out of paracetamol and could not give me any, so i had to leave my husband in the room alone (he did not feel good at all and i explained it to them) and go search for medicine myself. their answer was - we dont have any, someone has to go buy it; however they did not agree to send anyone. on top of that they suggested i go to the "nearest" open pharmacy at Opera, even though pharmacy around the corner was actually open. the one at the Opera was as the matter of fact closed.....
Location Size of room
Bar area could be better and longer hours at night
Courtyard view from our room looked more like a service area
Very helpful staff
A few marks on the walls of bedroom
Overall, the Brighton was a wonderful hotel, with the exception of the construction situation.
We were not advised that construction was being done over our room & there was a lot of hammering & noise in the mornings.
Thought was over priced for quality of hotel
location, cleanliness and comfort of hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Oh and the views from the Executive rooms...to die for:)
breakfast not included, scaffolding in front of our window with view of Eiffel Tower.
Nice, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, soft pillow.
No lift, limited wifi in basement. Very small room.
The location is excellent. We enjoyed a room with a view of the Tuilleries Gardens and Eiffel Tower, which was a wonderful feature of this hotel. It's proximity to central Paris and easy access to St Germain and Latin Quarter is the primary reason we chose this hotel. The rooms were a little tired but the location and attentive staff more than made up for this small issue.
the location of the hotel was good we took the city view room which had the view of the park and some monuments in Paris.
The rooms were not that comfortable, tv channels were only in French. Bathrooms did not feel clean enough.
The Brighton is in a perfect location for visiting Paris. Right in the middle of everything and the staff is wonderful. Our room was large by Paris standards, though I noticed that not all of them are. We loved our stay.
There is nothing negative to say.
Back rooms no view
All was great! Staff fluent in multiple languages, very helpful. I left my prescription sunglasses in a rental car in Versailles and the front desk staff at the hotel called the car company and are having them messengered to the hotel for me. I had a room with a garden view and went to bed and woke up seeing the Eiffel Tower and other landmarks just outside my window.
Large bathroom with heated towel bars.
Electrical outlets not available in bathroom, beside beds did not work. Inconvenient layout, no large mirror, no where to plug anything in.
excellent location, amazing views. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Speedy check in and check out. Nice area. Room lovely. Very clean.
Only very minor but could do with more tea/ coffee facilities. Ok if you don't need a lot of milk and happy with green tea, Breakfast reasonably expensive. But as I say, these are very minor when comparing to all the pluses!
I loved the view from our hotel; however, I paid for a room with a view just to have a scaffolding outside of our balcony block the view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was magnificent with three balconies and beautiful furniture. The bathroom was bigger than most hotel rooms itself! Beautifully located near The Tuilleries and Louvre and Musee D'Orsay.
The room had a strange smell but I think it is from the old pipes as it is an older hotel. The scaffolding blocking our view was a pain too but we managed to get pictures from the far balcony.
Staff very friendly and helpful Location excellent Excellent help organising excursions / tours
The lack of bar / reception area Small elevators Narrow steps / stairs - award for my mother with suit cases
Location, attentiveness o staff
No iron/board in room (had to ask), relatively small room, shower facility in bathroom poor, purely a bath tap attachment/extension with poor method of attaching to rail above (expect more when paying good money).
The location and decor were excellent and we had a view of the Eiffel Tower from our window. The room was spacious.
It was a bit expensive but well worth it.
Staff was wonderful.
