Excellent service of the staff. Good breakfast. Great location and very good size of the room. (Executive room) Room decoration and table/sofa/chairs, very poor and very basic!!! |

The hotel was good quality, spacious and close to all shopping, tour operators, restaurants etc. Staff were very helpful and assisted us by arranging an appointment with a local doctor when we needed it. As with most French hotels, there was no way of making a cup of coffee or tea before bed, early morning. A kettle and complimentary sachets would not cost anything considering the overall cost of the accommodation. |

the hotel is located at the centre of city only 20 m away from the metro. staff was very helpful especially Patrick on the night shift. although the room was small but bathroom was good sized and house keeping was excellent. the view from the balcony was amazing and is alone worth staying at this hotel. very basic facitilies for a 4 star hotel. no kitchen or restaurant available at the hotel so late nite snacks were a problem. |

The hotel is fairly small and easy to navigate. We had a quiet suite and i the hotel was so well located on the Rue de Rivoli. There was not any assistance to get taxis and limited help at the front desk. Staff was very nice and friendly but not concierge quality. |

Front desk was extremely helpful, making dinner reservations for us and just over all helpful. Upon booking I had instant replys from the hotel, they booked a shuttle from the airport which was reasonable and time saving. |

Just enjoyed your city, went to the museums, shopped and walked everywhere! There was quite a bit of street noise but not enough to put you off. |

Very crean and nearby city center of paris. some staff was lacking of kindness. When we were hard pressed how to use Velib that is public bicycle for lent,they could help us but they didn't. |

The location is great, it's next to the Louvre and an easy walk to Notre Dame. The Hotel was clean. We had a junior suite which was two rooms and very spacious. The Hotel staff had limited English but were very helpful. I would stay at the Hotel again. The Hotel does not have a restaurant. They serve a continental breakfast in the mornings for 10 Euro per person which is a pretty good deal. |

The suite we had was very spacious. It was nice to have a separate sitting room. I was surprised as to how quiet the room was considering it was on a busy street. The location right across from the Louvre was ideal for sighseeing. It was a bit pricey. |

Hotel staff is exceptional, very helpful and knowledgeble. Location is absolutely amazing. Rooms are decent size but require renovation and I hope that was not blood stains on the carpet. Rooms require a renovation and good cleaning. |

The hotel was wonderfully located and extremely comfortable. It felt like all of Paris was right outside the door ... or at least easily accessible. The staff was attentive and helpful, and our entire stay was very pleasant. |

Fantastic view of the Tuileries, Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Definitely worth the extra for a room with a view. Central location within easy walking distance of most sights. Lovely big room Very comfortable. There was an amusement park set up across the road when we were there in July which I assume is only there during the holidays. Not a problem though as could not see it from inside the room and closed until 11 am. |
