We got locked out on our patio...this could have been dangerous!!
very good facilities, clean and modern spacious rooms, good value for money, a safe for valuables in the room.Breakfast room was well sited, with an optional outside area which was very good wide range of options at breakfast.
Staff were professional but not at all friendly, this meant for a rather impersonal stay. The breakfast was a little on the pricey side. The coffee machine was often on the blink and seemed to be beyond the staff to keep it functioning. staff didn't seem very keen on guests eating outside at breakfast.
Second visit, great spot near the beach, easy parking, very laid back place, good value for the location, room was nice and clean with good facilities.
Had to change plastic room key virtually every day, very annoying. Rats running up and down the wall next to the swimming pool! They were there last year too, it can't be that difficult to sort out surely.
there is no bar as such, and relaxation areas are very limited.and not alwways accessable
Location, staff, car parking
Everything!! We loved the location. On the edge of the lively town but outside the noisy centre. Great views over the harbour. Staff were friendly and helpfull. Do go to the harbour to the restaurant Oriental Palace and enjoy the pure tastes of Maroccan quisine and Sahara white wine!
The Aircondition was either on or off - couldnt change temperature. The hotel is away from the main area of the city.
Excellent 4* hotel and facilities. Just 15 minutes pleasant walks to town centre or beach. Located in a quiet cul de sac and 2 minutes to Santa Lucia marina where many diverse restaurants. Ideal base for this resort
Good location. Excellent rooms.
It's supposed to be a four star hotel, in my opinion It falls well short of that status. The breakfast is far to expensive. They charge you for pool towels. There is no bar, although you can order drinks from reception.
Room was ok
A bit far From the center - gym wasnt good
Parking is bad, bugs in the appartment, too noisy, staff shouting and joking, expensive breakfast. I would not go again
Breakfast and meal in the restaurant good. Reception staff good and helpful
Definitely not a 4 Star hotel. Rooms somewhat shabby and numbers of factors that did not work - . Standards would need to be raised to be a 4 star.
Limited menu in restaurant during off-season
The staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was perfectly placed... a walk or short drive from everything; so a nice quiet setting. A good size room and terrace.
The room smelled musty. We opened the doors wide to let air in but it didn't seem to help because we still noticed it after being out all day. The air conditioning was barely noticeable and we were unable to adjust it.
Staff and pool.
Noting at this price
Wonderful position, close to sea& cafes by harbours, easy walk into town.Beds extremely comfortable, quality sheets, electric winding shutters& thick curtains, so we could sleep on in the mornings.Efficient air conditioning.Enjoyed delicious restaurant meals.Comfortable lounge.
We had just one pillow each, so had to use cushion also.My husband asked for an extra pillow at reception, but they told him that they didn't think that there were any & we never did have the extra pillows. We asked our chambermaid, and she offered us pillowcases, saying that she had no pillows, either. I suffer badly with osteoporosis in my neck, shoulders & spine, so I had a few painful nights until I thought of putting my duvet underneath my pillow. We've never had this problem in any other hotel; there is always a spare pillow in the wardrobe, or at least, one would have been found for me.The older ladies seemed to be world-weary, but the younger staff were 'charmant'.
