The reception and restaurant staff were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable. They were also French which is important for visitors when staying in France. We particularly liked the availability of a good variety of bar snacks all through the day. This hotel is genuinely hospitable and welcoming. The hotel parking facility and its central location near the seafront in St Raphael is a huge advantage. We will definitely return again. |

St Raphael is a beautiful city - the hotel is close to the beach and you can easily walk downtown. the hotel has a nice pool and hot tub the beds were firm and the double bed/queen bed is really just two twins pushed together. there was no water when we got to the hotel - we did not receive any sort of discount because the hotel's water was out. it did come back by about 10 pm the first night. |

The location is good, close to the beach and the restaurants etc. The pool was very relaxing. The off street parking was convenient. It was very expensive for the quality. The hotel really needs to be upgraded. The rooms were clean but needed renovating. One of the first days on our stay I wanted to use the iron and ironing board, which I asked the woman at the front desk, she replied that another person at the hotel was using it. I could see that there was no attempt to retrieve this from the other patron. The woman at the front desk was quite unhelpful in this regard. There was no refrigerator in the room. The balcony was quite small, although we had a nice view. |

our room had a reasonably nice view and it was quiet. the decor of the hotel and the bedroom was very dated. the roller blind on the patio was stuck. we did not find the staff friendly at all compared to other hotels we stayed in. the pool was not clean and the gmy equipment is old and creaks! |

L'acceuil était parfait, tout comme la grande salle de bain avec baignoire, le hamamm, et le calme, chambre spatieuse avec un lit bien large et trés conformtable, et le ptit déj sur le balon au soleil même en décembre c'est trés appréciable. A proximité de bons restaurants en bord de mer. Le jacuzzi un peu froid et le sauna un peu chaud! |

Ich habe ein Zimmer mit Meersicht gebucht. Leider sah ich das Meer nur in einer Ecke.Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre empfehlenswert. |

La piscine, le sauna, le jacuzzi et la salle de sports. La chambre était assez spacieuse ainsi que la salle de bain. Terasse de la chambre assez grande. Le petit déjeuner buffet excellent Manque un minibar dans la chambre.La Wi fi ne fonctionnait pas. L'accueil et le service de la réception reste à désirer, on a l'impression d'être un numéro et pas une personne. |

J'ai apprécié la situation de l'hotel, proche de la plage, et pas trop éloigné du centre ville. Pas de parking réservé à l'hotel. La piscine n'est pas très agréable, car elle est coincée entre l'hotel et un mur d'enceinte. |

Hotel bien placé (300 m du centre ville) accueil très chaleureux, personnel agréable et chambre suffisament spacieuse et très propre. Vue agréable sur piscine et port pour les "chambres privilèges". Jaccuzi, salle de sport, sauna et hamam. Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Stationnement très délicat. |
