“ The staff were very helpful as we did not speak hardly any french. Everything about the hotel was good and we enjoyed our stay very much. We would have preferred to be closer to the town but having said that it was a lovely walk and lovely weather so wasn't a problem. ”

Our room did not have a fridge. This may be usual for French hotels we found it a little annoying to have to buy ice and a bag to keep our drinks cold and ready whenever we needed one. That was about the only issue.

Very close to the beach, however, parking is also available. Rooms are clean, rooms have terrace or balcony. Area to sit outside. Free Wi-fi

Good location with secure parking at a charge.Free WiFi.Hotel restaurant good as option to nearby Marina restaurents. The pool is excellent and our room overlooking it an added attraction. The directions to access by car needs improvement especially with the one-way road from the main highway.A Hotel sign on the main road would be beneficial.

Receptionist both on phone and at desk were slow and not very welcoming at all, thinks had to be done in their terms rather than yours , very poor performance ..

No 4 star. Poor facilities. Very poor breakfast. Just by painting an old hotel, it should not become 4 stars !

Établissement bien situé, en léger retrait de la route. Le balcon est appréciable et la distance du centre-ville est de 10 minutes à pied, ce qui est un grand avantage. Je recommande cet établissement et y retournerais sans problème.

La litterie confortable, la terrasse, le chauffe-serviette dans la salle de bains, l'emplacement de l'hôtel, l'idée d'une piscine couverte et chauffée, l'idée d'une salle de sport. Le fait que l'hôtel m'ait appelée pour m'informer que le jacuzzi était en panne. Le personnel est sympathique. Le rapport qualité prix. Beaucoup trop cher pour un 4 étoile. L'entretien laisse à désirer. Un deux étoile serait plus juste. Le prix du parking privé (9 Euros/jour), le prix du petit déjeuner (14 euros), l'accès à la piscine. En soi ce n'est pas grave, mais pour un 4 étoile, ils pourraient au moins fournir des peignoirs pour traverser dans le froid, l'odeur de la salle de sport et du "spa". Jacuzzi en panne. Le wifi fonctionnait une fois sur deux et était très lent.

la chambre correcte et la situation en ville centre de st raphael manque de proprete evidente dans le spa non entretenu et ca sent mauvais la piscine etait tres peu chauffee et personne ne pouvait se baigner le jacuzzi out bref on A pas pu apprecier tres decevant

le confort de la chambre,le personnel a l ecoute, en particulier albina a la reception.la piscine,sauna,et la situation de l hotel; le petit dejeuner equivalent d un 2 etoiles et encore c est bien note.

Je pense que ce n'est q 'un 3 étoiles car dans la salle de bain le lavabo était tout taché .la propretée laissée à désirer .quand à la vue ça donne sur le toit de la piscine et on vois le mat des bateaux au loin .déçu par la description qu'on nous avez donné .il sont en train de ravaler la façade mais il y a des choses à revoir aussi dans les chambres . pas satisfait .

Le petit déjeuner est à 14€ mais le choix et la qualité sont largement en dessous de 7 € (de moyenne) de beaucoup d'autres hotels qui ont des étoiles en moins...

Le camere sono ampie e adeguatamente arredate. Buona la posizione vicino al porticciolo ma in zona tranquilla. Gentile e disponibile il personale Purtroppo l'albergo era in ristrutturazione con impalcature in alcune parti , forte odore di vernice. La piscina era chiusa per lavori ed altre parti non erano funzionanti. Si capisce però che a ristruttuazione terminata l'albergo sarà valido: penso che ci ritorneremo

Purtroppo niente La colazione per 14€ non era adeguata mancava un po di tutto la piscina non era in funzione e eravamo in mezzo ai lavori un disastro IL PREZZO CHE HO PAGATO ERA QUASI COME AL CARLETON DO CANNES OVE HA SOGGIORNATO MIO FRATELLO MA ERA COMPLETO

Posizione tranquilla, vicino a ristoranti e locali sul porto. Centro città comodamente raggiungibile a piedi. Nessun disturbo notturno. Si dorme benissimo in letto molto morbido. La pulizia nel particolare non è eccelsa. Il buffet della colazione è tradizionale ma per quello che offre potrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo della stanza. Tutte le bevande vengono erogate da distributori automatici.Eppure è un 4stelle!
