St Malo is a beautifull, romantic city. Definitely worth visiting! The Hotel Bristol Union is in the middle of the old center, perfect for a short trip. Confortable room, nice view on 'la place de...' You should go to restaurant Chez Simon; beautifull food and not overpriced! |

The location intra muros allowing us to spend time in St Malo, which is much quieter during the evenings when most of the tourists have left. The breakfast was a bit expensive for what was on offer. |

I really liked the size of the room and the quality of the furnishings. The staff were really friendly too. I did not eat there so cannot comment on the food. All in all, great for an overnight on the way to or from the ferry at St Malo, and would be good for a weekend break too. Apart from not being able to get the wi-fi to work on my machine - nothing. |

The staff were very helpful in making arrangements for my very late arrival (after midnight). The rooms, although clean, are somewhat small. |

The 4 bedroom was very spacious & the T.V had sky news in english, the room was very clean. The hotel staff did not speak english, which which was a problem as their website stated they did, the sign on their entrance door stated "we speak english", we spoke abit of french so it wasn't too bad but if you do not speak fluent french i wouldn't advise you stay at this hotel. |

Easy to find and in the center of town. We reserved parking and the owners took care of our car upon arrival and departing. Catherine was very helpful finding and making reservations in restaurants. Breakfast was adequate and the coffee was great!!! We would stay there again. Rooms were basic and they had English channels. |

The friendly & helpfull staff, the location. The bathroom facilities were on the small side (especially the shower) & I feel they require updating / enlarging |

The location in central St Malo close to big choice of restaurants and shops. Good people at the hotel desk. Quiet comfortable room. A tiny lift (elevator) and an old carpet in the bedroom which was stained. |
