The location was perfect. It was in front of the train station. Hotel staffs were kind.

It was uncomfortable that we could not get hot water when we took shower. Hotel staff explained me that it was because many people used shower at the same time. We had to wait for 30 minutes to get hot water. I think this situation needs to be improved if we rank this hotel as 3 star.

The location was the best for us who carried large baggage during travel. Easy access to the city center about 10 min walk. The key system was original and well considered about security. We had a nice stay at Strasbourg.

Not bad location right beside the train station and 10 mins walk into the main shopping area and Christmas markets. Family room for 5 which is not easy to find.

A bit shabby, could do with a bit of renovating... No heating in the bathroom so tile floors a bit cold in December!

The rooms are ok, clean and quiet. The locatio is also excellent, next to the train station as well as the city centre.

Male receptionists were nice and polite, females were not very much 'interested', especially one - she always looked uninterested in her job. I had an impression that she was more interested in somethin on Internet.

Breakfast can be little better as the option were minimum.

The room was large and has good natural light, its location is good if you travel by train because it is located in front of the railway station and it is not far from the centre and other interesting places of the old town.

It is a big hotel of other times economically refurbished to give reasonable services nowadays.

The sound insulation is non-existant and one hears everything from the rooms either side, above and below. A very noise group of young Italians arrived late in the evening and were shouting and banging on doors for hours. It was impossible to sleep before about 2 am. The washbasin in the bathroom was old and the plug didn't work.

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The bathroom was modern with 2 sinks. And the location is excellent! It is right at the train station, but across the park, so not noisy.

Hotel très bien placé, juste sur la place de la gare, à 5 minutes à pied de la petite france. Salle de bains dans la chambre toute neuve donc très agréable et propre. Salle de réception avec des boiseries très agréables. Literie confortable et propreté des chambres irréprochables.

Je pense que la qualité des chambre est assez inégale. Notre chambre se trouvait au dernier étage donc assez basse de plafond, sombre avec une toute petite fenêtre donnant sur une cour un peu moche. Service petit déjeuner moyen : quand nous sommes arrivés, les tables mises étaient sales et personne n'a nettoyé à notre arrivée.

Gostei apenas da localizacao. O cafe da manha eh pago e vale muito a pena. Bom aquecedor para uma temperatura de -10 C.

Havia um desnivel no chao do quarto, entao a cama ficou inclinada como em um hospital. Instalacoes velhas e com poeira.

Su ubicación es muy cómoda: frente a la estación de trenes y se puede llegar perfectamente a pie al casco histórico. La habitación es muy confortable y el baño bien equipado. Personal muy atento. Desayuno correcto y el lugar donde se toma muy grato. Buena conexión a Internet.

El desayuno debería estar incluído en el precio de la habitación.
