Very friendly reception on arrival and all staff very thoughtful and helpful. The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent (I have often spent more in other hotels for less quality). Good soundproofing - hotel on a road but not a busy one, and it was easy to find. And the bed was extremely comfortable! A 2 star hotel, but with the standard of staff and decor equivalent to 3 star We will definitely stay there again.

Ancenis is is a small city and the hotel is located at a walking distance to restaurants and places to see. The hotel is well kept, clean and good value for the money paid. Some people might find it inconvenient that the restaurant next to the hotel was closed due to summer time vacation.. For us it was not an issue

L'accueil parfait !! La surface de la chambre est très bien. Il y a un bureau mural qui fait la longueur de la pièce. Il y a beaucoup de place pour le rangement. La bouteille d'eau offerte dans la chambre. Le parking. Le tarif du petit déjeuner

La qualité d'un Trois étoiles pour le prix d'un deux étoiles! Rapport qualité-prix imbatable. La présence sur place d'un restaurant au service convivial et rapide. L'hôtel est au centre d'une région magnifique. Dommage, pour certains voyageurs, que le restaurant soit fermé le samedi soir (seul jour de fermeture)

Le calme, la garde de nuit,la situation géographique par rapport à l'accès routier, le rapport virtuel (lire plus loin) qualité/prix. 1°Chasse d'eau inopérante: donc aucun suivi et on (qui?) avait fermé le robinet d'arrivée d'eau..!! J'ai dû réparer moi- même! 2°On a failli me facturer 2 petits déjeuners que je n'avais pas pris... Qui contrôle quoi? Quel dommage, ça gomme tout l'attrait du séjour...

excellents petit déjeuner et déjeuner au restaurant attenant, personnel sympathique, centre ville assez proche, hôtel très calme décoration de la chambre un peu vieillotte, plusieurs lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. ville peu animée en semaine.

La posizione è ottima in quanto si trova nel centro del paese, ha ampio parcheggio e di fronte all'hotel si trova un piccolo centro commerciale con tutti i servizi necessari. La struttura è molto semplice ma completa, la prima colazione è adeguata, le camere sono ben pulite. ottimo il wifi gratuito e ben funzionante. I servizi igienici sono un po' piccoli e rumorosi. La colazione è un extra ben pagato (€. 10 a persona)

La douche à l'eau froide du dimanche matin c'est pas le top !!! A 8h00 je n'avait pas du tout d'eau chaude pour prendre ma douche et 2h00 plus tard ma femme n'en avait toujours pas. Malgrès différentes plaintes à ce sujet de notre part ainsi que d'autres collègues occupant le meme hotel, la personne présente à la réception n'a pas jugé neccessaire de faire un geste commercial suite à ce désagrément !!! Pour info j'avais réservé sur votre site deux chambres double pour la nuitée du vendredi et à la suite nous avons repris deux chambes double pour la nuitée du samedi.
