A family room booked which turned out to be two adjoining rooms This was an overnight stop after a very long drive selected for restaurant, parking and proximity to ring road. A wedding party had use of the dining room so no meals were available and there were no other restaurants within walking distance . They should have informed us by email that the restaurant would be unavailable it had obviously been known. We would have booked somewhere else.

Very fast check in and room service. Friendly helpful staff. Easy to find from peripherique. Expensive breakfast (11 euros per adult, 5 per child) which we did not have because did not look very good. No tea/coffee making facilities in room. Was charged 2.20 Euros for a cup of tea in the morning - was not made with boiling water (lukewarm from a flask). A lot of money for nothing. We ordered a family room but when arrived nothing available so had two adjacent rooms - not easy with small children as we had to keep checking on them.

le personnel est vraiment aimable et la qualité du restaurant (dîner) est excellente ! très bien ma chambre était juste à côté des escaliers et j'ai entendu les allers-venues des clients qui sont rentrés tard.

Le restaurant intégré dans l'hôtel, ce dernier étant situé loin du centre-ville Manque évident de personnel, attente pour tout: restaurant, règlement de facture le matin; ne mérite pas 3 étoiles.

L'accueil, la propreté. Le prix indiqué dans la réservation est de 90 euros petit dej compris; a mon départ, j'ai du payer ; 95 euors + 11 euros pour lepetit déjeuner = 106 euros ???? ce n'est pas normal. Je devrais être remboursé de cette différence de prix affiché cordialement

nous n avons passé qu une nuit mais je peux dire que nous sommes arrivé à 2h passée du matin et nous avons été très bien accueilli quand on est très fatigué l accueil compte bcp et là rien a dire .les chambre très propres rien a redire .pour le départ c est la meme chose .le personnel est vraimet très chaleureux ça fait du bien .c est un hotel que je recommanderais bien volontier.

Les chambres, petites mais confortables et coquettes, un personnel très acceuillant et sympatique. La deuxième nuit, je n'ai pas eu la chance d'avoir un lit refait à neuf, pas de bouteille d'eau dans la chambre, pas de nouveau savon ! Ca ne change rien à la qualité de l'ensemble, juste dommage.

Qualité des prestations pour un tarif raisonable. La chambre (lit, SdB), le petit déjeuner, le bar, l'acceuil 24h/24. Le fonctionnement de la tv (image figée lors des chgt de chaines, il faut débrancher la tv pour recommencer). L'insonorisation moyenne inter chambre et vis à vis du couloir.
