Large parking with gates (closed from 11 pm). Kettle in the room happened to be very useful. :) No lift and steep stairs.

Too far from carcassonne, which was misleading.l would not recommend, as no lift and no help with heavy baggage, too far away from Carcassonne.Staff pleasant but not enough information in english, also it is a about a 45min walk especially if dont have a car.

Free parking and location were major reasons for choosing it, but in fact it is further from the walled city than it looks. Had to take the car and then had problems parking it anywhere near the fortress. Room comfortable and quiet and breakfast adequate. Motel-style service, a bit impersonal, I was made to pay in advance. If you take a wrong turning driving into the city it is is difficult to find, and the locals give you wrong directions for the street, which they all think is in the modern city centre near the barracks of that name. But the problem is the poor signposting of Carcassone.

On a eu droit a une chambre de 5 pour 2! donc on a pas manqué de place! Hotel placé en bordure de zone commerciale, et a 3mn de la cité. L'hotel est assez bizarrement calme malgrés sont emplacement. Le petit plus: bouilloire avec sachets de thés, infusions et dosettes de café dans la chambre et seche cheveux. Conception et ambiance bizarre, pas désagréable, mais on se croirait à l'étranger. Lambris, couleurs de faience de la salle de bain... Finitions des traveaux ou de la rénovation baclée, (robinet de travers) decoupe faience imprécise, interrupteur et prise au dessus de la cuvette de toilettes dans la salle de bains, éclairage général bizarrement placé... Mais tout reste tout de meme fonctionnel, pour le prix, ça reste quand meme correcte, j'y retournerai probablement.

Hotel sencillo, ideal para estancias cortas. El personal muy amable y con conocimientos de español. Está situado aprox. a 1,5 Km de la cité pero es imprescindible coche. Tienen el detalle en la habitación de ponerte un hervidor de agua y unos sobres de té y café por si te apetece. Wifi gratis. El precio del desayuno lo considero excesivo, 7 euros por persona.

Nos sorprendió sobre todo la relacion calidad/precio. La habitación y el baño era muy completa. Tenias Wifi gratuito, una cafetera eléctrica y unos sobres de te y café cortesía del hotel. El desalluno buffet era bastante completito también. No tenía ascensor ni caja fuerte en las habitaciones

La ubicación, en la entrada del pueblo, justo delante del centro comercial es muy buena. Las instalaciones están bien, no tiene ascensor para las habitaciones del segundo piso pero son 10 escalones y lo hicimos sin problema e íbamos con 2 cochecitos.

A favor, limpieza de la habitación y confort de las camas. En contra, habitación pequeña, nuestra experiencia fue mala, debido a que salto la alarma de incendios a las 3 AM, estando todos los huéspedes por los pasillos y no se vió a nadie del hotel, sin indicaciones y ni explicaciones, al día siguiente nadie se disculpó por la situación vivida.
