El general el hotel esta muy bien, la recepcion muy bien, la habitacion grande y limpia y el baño tambien grande y limpio. Un hotel recomendable para visitar rennes.

Esta en las afueras pero en coche se tarda 5 minutos en llegar al centro, y muy bien situado para conectar con otras rutas.

La situación es buena para recorrer la zona y la ciudad. El hotel es nuevo, muy confortable y el personal muy amable. La relación calidad-precio excelente.

Instalaciones modernas. Personal atento. La ubicación: a 7 minutos en taxi (11,00 euros) del centro de la ciudad sin las molestias de entrar con el coche.

Que de entrada te den una habitación a la Autoruta. Las habitaciones de atrás son tranquilas.

I like the installations, the breakfast, and almost everything. The hotel is far from the center city and the staff is not so friendly with the turists just because is a empresarial hotel.

Everything, nice friendly staff, ample parking, very clean and comfortable beds. cant think of a negative.

The only things were the bathtub didn't close completely so the full immersion bath wasn't possible and in the other connected room didn't had the shower gel.

Had a great stay but found having to ask at reception for a hair dryer strange. Family room a great size and layout with beds not next to each other so give some private break. Car park very secure and great location just outside Rennes but close to motorway. Very suitable for groups that don't want to be inside and centre and want some place silent

It's quite far from the city centre (a car is needed) and breakfast is not valuable EUR 8,5 per person.

Although situated on the outskirts of the city of Rennes the hotel was readily accessible by car and had a secure parking area. Although the usual French breakfast was available within the hotel there were no restaurant facilities. However, this was more than made up for by an excellent restaurant, La Tribune, less than 100 metres from the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel twice as the location was good for trip to la palmyre via caen ferry terminal(100 miles). Good location just off the motorway, with ample parking & even underground if needed! I would recommend the restaurant next door, or the creperie/steak house 200 metres from the hotel-both good service & reasonably priced.

I thought that the breakfast cost was a little on the high side 8.50 euro per adult. Other than this no complaints.

Everything you need for an overnight stop over - minimalist room with all basics.

I thought this hotel was overpriced for what it offered. The rooms are very basic, no frills, cheap and cheerful. The communal areas are very basic, the bar is part of the reception desk. There is no restaurant in the hotel. The breakfast was very overpriced at €8.50 for a very miserly and basic continental breakfast (the previous day we had paid the same for a full buffet breakfast). I would say that this hotel does not represent good value for money.

The smell of cigarette smoke was very heavy. We'd certainly stay here again, but with a can of Fabreeze !
