Hotel staff were very pleasant and deserving, looking at reactivity ... Good support in case of question. Hotel is located in quiet place, close to supermarket. You can access downtown in about 10 minutes, including parking the car ... Tv channels had to be reprogrammed ... and only about 10 channels were available, so not enough ... |

All persons were friendly and tried to help at all times. For those renting a car, the hotel is strategically on the suburbs of Rennes (outside the ring), located on one main road going to southwest Britanny so you don't have to deal much with heavy traffic issues during week days. Besides, parking is free of charge. I would improve on two aspects: include a fridge in the rooms, and make sure all personell is able to communicate in English. |

We stayed here as a stopover on our trip from the Roscoff ferry to the Vendee coastal resorts. It was quite easy to find and the location is in an industrial area next to main roads. A friendly welcome despite our poor French! Staff was always courteous and helpful. Wifi access was an added bonus. The room was nice and clean with decent facilities. We had a family room which consisted of two doubles. Might have been better if kids had single beds but not a real problem and all beds in same room. Breakfast buffet was lovely. This was tremendous value and somewhere I actually enjoyed staying unlike the dreaded British Travelodge! |

I thought it was modern, smart and very well-placed - easy to find. The reception staff were very good. Breakfast was good value for money. No complaints at all:) |

Bright, airy rooms. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Good bathroom. Secure parking (gate locked at 11 pm; access to the lot late with room key). Helpful personnel. Easy to find. Good restaurant next door. Is in a largely industrial area. |

Excellent location with secure car park area. Property is only 3 years old so everything very modern & together.Restaurant opposite not very "French" but convenient & acceptable Inevitable smell of cigarette smoke in room although non smoking. Seems to be a general continental problem. Soon cleared when aired. |

Spacious room for 2 adults& 2 young child at an unbeatable price with a large bath and free internet connection & parking. Breakfast was excellent but a bit pricy. If vending machine in hotel was available would have been a plus. Also I was a bit surprise that they charge young children (3.5y) half price for breakfast, even other hotels were stayed were for free. This should be mentioned as part of hotel information |

Das Hotel war sauber, das Frühstück ist gut und die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers von Straßenseite (laut) zu Parkplatz (ruhiger) war problemlos möglich. Das Hotel liegt mitten in einem Industriegebiet und außerhalb des Stadtzentrums. Auf Grund einer Hauptverkehrsstraße sind die Zimmer in dieser Richtung sehr laut. |

J'ai apprécié l'accueil du personnel, la tranquilité de la chambre côté parking,bien que l'hotel soit situé au bord de la route. De plus, un resto se trouve juste à côté, donc très pratique pour le soir |
