the pillows in the room were very thin and not at all comfortable. I would suggest 2 pillows per person. On arrival we were expecting to have a drink and a meal in the restaurant. Both were closed and we had to go out looking for somewhere to eat.

Bonjour nous avons trouve que l'accueil laisse particulierement a desirer meme si les chambres sont correctes. Le petit dejeuner etait insuffisant meme s'il y a eu un geste commercial.c'est franchement dommage, on a le santiment que le personnel de chambres s'occupent aussi de l'acceuil. Ce n'est pas normal ni professionnel.nous n'y retournerons pas de si tot!

Préciser de façon plus pertinente et plus visible que cet hotel a un partenariat, donc des tarifs privilégiés avec le Zénith de Nantes. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de ces tarifs, car nous ne l'avions pas vu sur leur site internet.

Personnel de l'accueil à l'ecoute du client,disponible et sympathique. Bonne qualité du repas servit en chambre très rapidement (a peine 10 minutes) Hotel idéal pour une soirée etape. Le personnel du ménage commence tres tot et sans se soucier des clients qui peuvent encore dormir.ca discute fort et sans respect.ca ne verifie pas que les chambres soient encore occupées avant de frapper lourdement aux portes et forcement de reveiller les clients qui dorment encore.Aucune discretion et de banales excuses arrachées de leurs bouches ,c est dommage car c est le seul point negatif de cet hotel qui a un bon rapport qualité prix pour une étape et un excellent accueil.

Personnel aimable et accueillant --- lit confortable --- calme La qualite ne correspond au prix demande --- confinement de la salle d'eau avec toilette douche et lavabo regroupee dans 2m² --- pas de table, plan de travail de 30 cm de large , manque de prise de courant --- situé dans la zone industrielle avec vu sur le parking

Chambre agréable, très propre. Lors de notre séjour, il y avait une fête, aucune nuisance. Prix ne correspondait pas au prix de booking. N'avait soit disant pas notre réservation.après quelques recherches, on trouvait la réservation. Sur ce point, c'est négatif.
