It is important when traveling distances by car to have good adequate parking facilities, this hotel scores on this point. Spacious friendly reception area- interesting display of local information. Also local info readily available from informed English speaking staff. |

Good parking, easy access to town and ferry port. Comfortable bed and quiet. Restaurant good quality and service, although purple mashed potato is not pretty ! Shower in need of repair, drain blocked, plug in wash basin broken. Entrance to hotel from road not signed, drove past it twice. |

Clean state of room and friendliness of staff Lack of choice in the restaurant. Distance from city centre and attractions involved considerable driving for motorists, although guests without their own transport were well catered for with bus services. |

Good location for onward transport connections into and out of St. Malo. 2 staff seen in total. Breakfast additional 9 Euros, clean but basic and in need of upgrading and maintenance given the price. |
