Not too easy to find without research, but once there the hotel was very good.Dinner of two courses for 15 euros was super, the room had a balcony, comfortable huge bed & separate toilet & bath. For our shopping there is a Carrefour & Aldi around the corner.

Very convenient situated for cross channel ferry. Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent disabled facilities (my wife is a wheelchair user) No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. A few euros/day extra would be perfectly acceptable.

Optimal location for a stop-over when travelling to/from the Channel Islands. Sound-proofed windows, proper twin beds, clean room, double doors, English-speaking staff. For 9 eur the breakfast could be better. It was the usual (French) Continental breakfast. Water pressure in the shower could be higher (as in most hotels), and (as in most hotels) there could be more towel rails in the bathroom. The tv could offer at least one English channel (E.G. bbc, euronews, cnn), instead of 20 French ones.

It's not worth the money spent. Bad position, 15 min car from centre. Not the cleanest hotel. Smell coming from bathroom.

Clean and with friendly, efficient staff. We wanted a convenient overnight stay close to the ferry and Brit Hotel provided that. A shower curtain is needed as it is difficult to focus the shower properly without getting water all over the floor, which could make it dangerously slippery.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a meal there, which was good as was the wine.Good position for the ferry port which was the reason for us to stay. The rooms had everything we required and were bright and comfortable. We would have liked a more central position but this is a minor point.

Great little Hotel it you're planning a shopping trip to Carrefour for shopping or excursions to Rennes or Mont Saint Michel or any further afield. Free parking is a big plus, and bus stop for Routes c1 and c2 into St Malo Intra Muros is just a minutes walk away and the service very regular. We never ate at the Hotel so can't comment about tbe food as we went into town centre every evening. Great place, but only if you're prepared to drive or bus to town each evening. Would stay again for a shopping trip as Carrefour though as it's only a minute away from the front door. No restaurants open in the immediate vicinity. Could only grab a burger from Quality Burger as we arrived after 11pm and hotel restaurant was shut.

The bed was comfortable and large (compared to Europe standards). 1. There was a small problem of hot water. Hot water was not availalbe at any time, and the water were changing quickly from hot to cold (maybe depending on other users - I'm not sure). 2. The TV had only one channel available. All other channels were blocked with a password. After complaining at the front desk the response was just "it's not possible" and nothing was done to resolve the problem (not even sending someone to the room). 3. The price was much too high for the level of that hotel.

The price for the stay was perfect. The room was clean. Had enough pillows and the matress was comfortable. Not necessarily compliants but advisements...the hotel is located in an industrial area and costed about 6-7 Euros to get to Town Centre. The hotel is also located near a round about, so if you are sensitive to sound then this may not be a good place.

Staff were friendly No tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, bedroom carpets were filthy, no shower curtains. The bar / restaurant ran out of soft drinks, jams at breakfast, restocking seemed to take place once a week, regardless.
