It was very clean and was good value for money, wthin easy reach of gare du nord by foot approx 20 mins with cases The receptionist was on the phone when we checked in and made no attempt to acknowledge our prescence the reception staff were curt however the staff in the breakfast room in the mornings were very courtious good value breakfast and coffe exellent |

The Hotel is located in a quiet area easy to Gare du Nord; the room was clean as well as the bathroom, both well equiped. The main chandelier was not working and the courtain rod was almost broken. |

The position of this hotel is very good.Centre of the town.Easy to find anything.If we ( me and my sister )are going to Parijs we will going to stay in this hotel ( AGAIN ) The elevator too small.I did not complains this hotel |

hotel staff friendly and helpful. The staff is always there at the front desk. Hotel room and toilet clean and shower strong. on the whole, its ok. near to the rail station within walking distance. value for money |

Comfortable beds, nice looking hotel, easy access to everything. Staff was nice. Good place to lay your head when you're out most of the time seeing the sites. Triple room was bigger than others I've stayed in. Recommend requesting a room with a renovated bathroom. The newer bathrooms were nice, the old ones were yucky. Very basic breakfast (bred, cheese, little bit of fruit). |

It was convenient walking to both the major rail stations and the metro. It was also fairly quiet. Decent bars nearby as well. I was travling alone, so the place was fine for this, but if I were with a family for sightseeing, it would not be the neighborhood to stay. |

The cleanliness of our room and bathroom , helpful receptionits (we even have been offered to store our luggage behind the desk when we checked out) and great location (5 min. walk to Gare du Nord-metro and Eurostar station)-were the biggest advantages. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room. |

the toilet seat was broken and the toilet water was not running correctly. The maid was unfriendly. We thought we had pre-paid with the credit card, but we were required to pay when we left. |

Hotel was very clean and in very good location.Very near metro and main train stations. Easy to get to all main attractions and in a nice quiet area.Staff had good english and were very friendly and helpful. |

The room is quite big and the bathing room has shelves which is convenient for placing clothes. The isolation is poor because I can clearly hear the sound from the upper room. The light is dark. |

Great location, few min from Gare du Nord, helpful staff, good room size, excellent buffet breakfast (worth paying 6 Euro). Suggestion for improvement - get rid of dirty CARPET! |
