The staff are nice

Small and not really comfortable

The hotel locates conveniently between north and east train station of Paris. So if you travel to Paris with trains, it's perfect for your stay. The room is a little small but you have everything you need in a hotel for this price.

I liked the location and the farmer's market nearby. Big metro stop Garde L'est on 4 line 2 walking distance and Gard de nord ( stop from cdg Airport) was 7 minute walk. Great access to all of Paris.

The beds were too small, the toilet paper was not supplied on a couple of occasions and we had to request extra towel for the 2 people room. There was not much anticipation of needs at this hotel. You had to request the minimal necessities. 5 e for 20 min internet card was bit much. There is a internet place open from 9 to 9pm 50 meters for 1e you get 30 minutes!

The bathroom had horrible damp stains and the carpet was dirty

the bathroom was huge and very clean. the family room had 3 single beds, which was perfect. the room came with a fan (very useful in August!) plus a hairdryer. Good location for the Eurostar-very close to the Gard du Nord.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The worst thing was the location--right across the street is an African restaurant and people were outside every evening and night talking very loudly until after midnight, making it extremely difficult to sleep.

that the Hotel staff were very egar to please. They answered all my questions without any hesitation and gave some ideas of thier own. The location is great for the use of the city Metro system and its location to the countries main Train station where U can catch the Eurostar.

I felt that a couple of the Bathrooms could have been kept up a bit better in the early morning or late nite when they were used the most(shared I know is how another person leaves it ... just think they could do a quick check every now and again). But as I found out from the staff, the Hotel has only been opened for about a year and I know that whatever can be improved will be over time. Growing pains you might say .. I will stay again.

Location is convenient because located approx 5-10 minutes walk to Paris Est Main Railway Station and Metro Station. Surrounded by sundry shops (therefore lots of cheap Evian mineral water to buy), various restaurant (Indian, French, Chinese,McD)...Less than 30mins walk to Hard Rock Cafe if you are a fan.. I stayed at 3rd Floor with a big bathroom, queen size bed, small hanging TV with CNN channel. Paid EUR85 per night. Hotel has one lift big enough to fit 3-4 person without luggage.

WIFI is not free, no fan nor air-con (depends on which month you stay.Mine was in early August), window remained open throughout the night and a little worried about safety, breakfast cost EUR6-not much of choice so I only took once. However, this hotel has more advantages than disadvantages. So, do not hesitate to try it out..The funny incident was, after every room cleaning, my shower towel was taken away from the room. On the last day, I was left with only the face towel !!

The breakfast was good and it was nice to be able to use the courtyard in the middle to meet during the day or evening.

The Hotel is located in a quiet area easy to Gare du Nord; the room was clean as well as the bathroom, both well equiped.

The main chandelier was not working and the courtain rod was almost broken.

The position of this hotel is very good.Centre of the town.Easy to find anything.If we ( me and my sister )are going to Parijs we will going to stay in this hotel ( AGAIN )

The elevator too small.I did not complains this hotel
