距离机场非常近，而且到了以后发现酒店贴心的准备了糖果和整洁的毛巾在床上，房间虽然不大倒也干净舒适。

Receptionist was friendly and polite, her local knowledge was excellent and the advice that she have us was invaluable. She is a credit to the company and should recognised for being so.

Breakfast service was a little poor.

It's proximity to the airport

The receptionist on duty was extremely cold and unfriendly, it seemed to my wife and I that she really didn't wish to be there at all and the guests were an unneccesary inconvienience ( I wish I had taken her name. We stayed on a Saturday evening and the restaurant was closed ! however most of the other hotels in the immediate vicinity had there restaurants closed as well. When we asked Miss Grumpy where we could find somewhere to eat she flicked her arm in the general direction of the Buffalo Grill and muttered something under her breath, although my French is not wonderful, my wife is fluent in the language and couldn't undersand what was being said. There was another receptionist on duty when we returned from our trip to the Buffalo Grill, a young man who was polite, helpful and personable, perhaps he could give the girl with the sour face some training in service delivery within the hospitality industry.

Only a few persons in staff, but with great job rotation. They worked long days but were all the time friendly. Nice people!

In theroom air condition did not work, tv did not work: only one channel (room 315)

Located close to the airport making it convenient for an early morning flight. Great price, clean room and quiet.

The restaurant is closed on the weekend however there are several nearby and within easy walking distance.

Its location was not perfect so a car is essential although you can get a bus outside to Bordeaux Centre or go into Merignac centre and get the tram.

this hotel was one of the best airport hotels we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast which was included was fantastic and great value for money. Will definitly use this hotel again if flying out of Bordeaux.

Our purpose in staying here was to be close to the airport for a 6:00am departure the next day. It took us much less than five minutes to get there.

We were disappointed that we couldn't eat there after a long drive.

Price and airport location were my main reason for choosing Brit Hotel. The restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The staff were without exception courteous, helpful and accommodating.

Two suggestions: the heavy duvet with no other coverlet choice was a bit too warm. Also, since we thought we should be at the airport the customary two hours before our fight, we rose at 3:00 am. When we arrived at 4:00, we discovered check-in wouldn't begin until 5:00. Maybe Brit Hotel staff could inform early-morning travelers of this.
