This is a very nice little hotel. Lobby was quite basic, but clean and nice. Recepcion did spoke some kind of english - altough we later discovered, that this was no the case with every staffmember... room was clean, spacious, and all in all, very nice indeed, recently renovated. TV was brand new. I would absolutely recommend this place! At first - there was no heating in the room. There was only one electric-heater in the toilet, and that didn´t work. However. I later asked the recepcion for more toilet paper when we left to the city in the morning...they agreed. In the evening we found out, that we haven´t got the paper - but a brand new and powerful heater for the bedroom instead!! :D Also the toilet heater was fixed and worked now fine. And later, we also got the paper - when we asked in french... the language problem was quite clear with some workers. Breakfast was not so great, but not too bad either, ok for the price asked. |

The room was comfortable and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. There was a good buffet breakfast available. There was no restaurant for lunch or dinner but there are plenty in the locality. |

Location was good. close to city centre Disaster. One room did have dirty bed linen from previous guests. They had forgotten to change!!!!! The bathroom was smelling mildew due to very poor standard. |

Central location. Ok size room with a large bathroom (and bath tub). Possibility to make fresh orange juice at the breakfast. Their own garace was full but we were guided to another one nearby. Bathroom lighting was a bit adequate. |

Very good location, close to the City Hall and cathedral. Extremely friendly staff. If parking lot is full they have a special fee for city parking. Large and comfortable rooms but with a very old deco, with needs of light in the bathroom. Breakfast is fair enough, not special. WiFi was being used for the first time and worked for few hours only. |

Near to the train station and easy to locate. Close to the centre of the town. The beds are in a very poor condition and need to be upgraded urgently. The lighting in the shower room was not adequate and a wash hand basin in the separate toilet would be useful. |

Reception staff were friendly & helpful. It is in a great location for town too. The rooms seemed to be quite damp, i think the hotel as a whole had issues with damp. |

The hotel has new elevator. We stayed at renovated room on the top floor. Good TV, the room is big enough. Very good value for money. Location is convenient, everything is close. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was too small for my car but we have been offered a parking lot at city parking nearby with hotel discount (only for 5 euro for overnight parking). Overall is very good. None for this price (59 for room for three) |

The staff was really friendly - we arrived late night and got a really nice room for that price. The breakfast was also nice. We also got a safe car park (of course you have to pay that). The room was really big. No complaints considering the price. |

Very centrally located and near a large underground car park. We had a large and tastefully refurbished room with new white linen and ample heat and hot water (we stayed in Feb 2009). A great buffet breakfast - good coffee, teas, fresh juice, cereals, cheese, ham, fresh french bread & croissants. Cheerful owners always around to help and take an interest in guests' comfort. Our corridor needed redecorating but the relatively new & keen owners plan to have the painters in soon. |
