The Manager & Staff at the Hotel are just wonderful, nothing is a trouble and they are very helpful. The manager went beyond the call of duty for us and helped us out on many occasions. A wonderful place to stay for Australians as it is close to Rennes city, you can catch a bus in to the city and back (stops just outside hotel). I can't recommend this hotel high enough it was a wonderful stay for us. Only thing was our bathroom was a little small but did not really worry us. Just a tip if you want a bigger bathroom reserve a twin room the rooms are bigger.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and willing to accommodate my requests. I was leaving Rennes early on a Sunday morning, so they told me I could settle my bill on the Saturday evening before I left. They also helped me book a taxi to the station, seeing as the buses were not running that early.

The receptionist and manager were particularly helpful and bent over backwards to enable me to sort out my journey requirements etc. Good english spoken by staff. Would definitely go again if in the area as although rooms are small, they are cleaned daily and are functional.

Recently renovated; basic, but very clean roon, everything you need for overnight or short-term stay. Located close to motorway and has free parking which is very convenient for travellers. Staff is amazingly amiable and helpful. The restaurant was closed due to group booking the evening we arrived, and the receptionist recommended very good chinese buffet nearby. Excellent value for money. No elevator; but staff helped with luggage. Breakfast a bit overpriced, but overall value for money is so good that it didn't really matter.

Le petit déjeuné avec le jus d'orange à presser soi même. Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel ( et peut-être chaine ) car la salle de bain et vraiment trop petite et notamment le "coin" wc et la douche !

Le rapport qualite-prix est vraiment exceptionnel. Nous sommes restes car nous voulions faire une etape avant de repartir prendre le ferry a Cherboug est avons ete agreablement surpris. Nous voulions un hotel avec parking gratuit.Tres calme, propre, bonne tv, personnel tres gentil. Nous ne voulions pas forcement aller en centre ville de Rennes, c'etait parfait. Le seul point negatif:une odeur de cigarette dans l'etage.

La chambre est suffisamment grande. La literie est confortable. Nous avons découvert cette chaine d'hôtels et nous penserons à Brit Hôtel pour une prochaine réservation. Si la chambre était globalement propre nous avons trouvé quelques toiles d'araignées côté fenêtre. Le petit déjeuner nous a un peu déçus également, les viennoiseries étaient moyennes (un peu rassies).

La reunion de travail sur place et le fait d'avoir un resto de l'hotel agreable dans son decor et dans son menu . Tres pratique le bus pour aller à la gare et en centre ville devant l'hotel L'odeur de tabac dans la chambre et les remontées d'egout quand j'ai ouvert le robinet Lavabo à la limite d'etre bouché

Le prix du petit dejeuner est prohibitif. En effet partout ailleurs le prix excede rarement 6 euros. J'ai éte surpris de voir comment était garni le buffet..... Un buffet même des fois moins bien que dans certains hotels et poutant bien plus cher. Et oui facturé 9 euros
