nice stuff and good romm for a good price

The staff was nice-we got a very small room, but they changed it o n the spot to our request. The room was pretty clean. A good location (20 min from center, 5 min from the opera house). A fair gain for you money

The first room we got was very small (especially the toilet. It is not best preserved ).

Location is good, and the staff helpful. A fair part of northern Paris is accessible through waking (Montmartre, Opera, Grand Boulevards, Gallerie Lafayette, etc.), food shops and restaurants have decent pricing levels, and there's a small Carrefour halfway from the hotel to Place Pigalle. And there're no sleazy sex shops or night clubs in that area (they're further north).

Room was way too basic to be called "comfort" and not cleaned up well before our arrival. Someone's hairs were stuck on the walls, mud splashes on the bathroom curtain, post-vomit splash marks on the carpet, etc. Still, even if furnishings are basic, there's still enough breathing space, so it's still better value than some other (and far more expensive) tiny Paris hotels I stayed in before!

I think the best part was that the hotel was not as expensive as others, in a walking distance from Opera and all shopping malls at B.Haussmann, offered free Wi-Fi and all the staff at the reception was always helpful, nice and polite, and talking quite a good English! well done, guys! and good luck!

In hotel it is silent, pure and inexpensive. The pleasant personnel.

walking distance to moulin rouge, metro st georges and galleries la fayette and boulevard haussmann

small bathrooms. sheets not the cleanest, but for this price you wouldnt expect alot more, did the job, only stayed a night after seeing moulin rouge

The assistance of the receptionists. Our room was too warm, we were unable to turn down the heating (somehow the button was loose) .We informed the receptionist who solved it problem. Another point is the location: excellent.

The isolation is very poor. We could hear eveyrthing our neighbors were doing (i will spare the X-rated details). Not advisable to stay in this hotel with children. The carpet, the shower curtain need some cleaning, the bathroom very narrow for oversized people.

очень тесные номера (что, впрочем, нормально для парижа), тонкие стены (слышно, как по коридору ходят соседи, но не слышно, как они живут)

Sijainti oli keskeinen ja henkilökunta oli ystävällistä.

Huone oli suurehko mutta remontin tarpeessa, lamput eivät toimineet jne. Siivous oli päivittäin mutta huoneen yleisilme silti nuhjuinen. Aamiainen oli edullinen mutta myös erittäin niukka. Hotellin hissi oli lasten kanssa hankalan pieni ja portaikko vaarallinen. Vauvansänkyä e edes ollut saatavilla, vaikka sen ilmoitettiin olevan ilmainen kolmen hengen huoneeseemme ja olin sen varannut.
