very friendly staff, clean hotel, small but well arranged room
-a fan (?) near our room. we stayed at the 6th floor, near to the service room. there was a continous small noise, probably the washing machines (?)
we had stay 3 days and my husband forgot his wedding ring in hotel. I called them and they found the ring. Because of my business ı can't call them back and forget the ring but after 1 week they send the ring with turkish post servise many thanks to Tim Hotel:)
Great value for money. Very clean and modern hotel in a fantastic location close to shopping and Mont Martre. Very friendly and helpful staff, great room.
Breakfast was ok but could be more interesting
Small but very nice room with high standard.Among the best I seen in Paris
The only disappointment was the breakfast. Basic and expensive
good location, quiet room, tee/coffe maker, will stay again
I liked that it was in good area, staff was friendly.
It's a small, well kept hotel, walking distance to Montmartre.
Very helpful employees.
toilet paper, bedside lamps
Location and cost. The nearby area has great bars and restaurants to choose from.
Breakfast - we didnt eat because the offering was not as good as available local alternatives
Room and location were excellent. Staff very attentive
Noise on streets all through the night disturbed sleep
Excellent location, nice and comfortable room.
As long as the windows of our room faced the street, it was a little bit noisy early in the morning
Within a few steps from several cafés and shops, and a few short blocks from Galleries LaFayette. Modern and nicely outfitted rooms. Heated towel bars. Yeah!
This is supposed to be a four star hotel. There is no fridge in the room and the only drinking vessels supplied are made of squidgy, cheap plastic. The rooms are well re-designed and the bathroom is excellent but sometimes there is hardly room to turn around in the corridors. Not a place to use if you have a lot of luggage. It is hard to see how a hotel with such limited space and facilities can be categorised as a four-star.
Room was lovely and staff very helpful. Short walk to tube station for access to city and not far from Gare du Nord international rail station for Eurostar to London. Restaurants and cafes close by.
Small but very pleasant hotel in a very good location of Paris. It is actually between Opera and Montmartre. Close to both of them. Nearest metro stations are Pigalle, Blanche, St. Georges and Trinite. Hotel is only 5-10 minutes walking distance from these stations. You can even see Sacre Coeur from the window if you lean a little :) I asked for the directions of the hotel by email the night before our flight, they came back only in an hour with 3 alternative ways to get to the hotel from the airport. we used the RER train and metro to Pigalle then we walked to the hotel, so it was very cheap to get to the hotel. By Taxis, it is around 50-60Euros. From the hotel to the airport, we took the Roisybus from the Opera Station, it took only an hour to get to the airport.( we again walked to the opera Roisybus station only 15 minutes even if we have a baby in a baby stroller with us.) The staff at the reception is very helpful and cheerful. The room was cleaned every single day ( we stayed for 6 nights). We stayed at the 6th floor room 61. It was a very big room with very comfortable bed. We have a Nespresso Machine in the room. With our request, they made the baby crib ready in the room before we checked in. We did not have the breakfast at the hotel. There are lots of brasseries and cafes in the neighbourhood, so you can try different tastes every morning. Wifi was free and very successful as well.
The only thing I will suggest to the Hotel is that they need to put a little refrigerator in the room, it is really very necessary in the summer time for cold drinks and if you have a baby.
Very impressed by this hotel, definitely the best I've stayed in so far in Paris. Rooms are immaculately clean and recently refurbed - bathroom brand new, huge shower - ladies, one of the few bathrooms I've found with a proper plug for hair dryers/straighteners :) - beds very comfortable and room size pretty good for Parisian hotel. We were traveling as a group of friends for a Moulin Rouge weekend, and this was perfectly located for us - and not that we had time for shopping, but its also very close to Galerie Lafayette etc! Reception area is tiny and a bit underwhelming - must confess I felt a bit nervous on walking in that the rooms would not be great, but was a very happy surprise that they were excellent! Staff very friendly, there was always someone at the desk even when we got home *ahem* very late...and there were some fun bars and restaurants relatively close - and some great little boutique shops that I wish I'd had more time to explore :) I would absolutely stay here again, its perfect for work or play. Highly recommended!
Only slight downside is the breakfast area - its in the tiny reception, but with so many options close by there's no need to eat there, and I much prefer to explore the local neighborhood for brekkie anyway.
The room was quite small but the bed was great. Very comfortable. The room had recently been renovated. The design was great and good things had been done to it with little space. A small kettle was in the room. This is something that I have found that more and more European Hotels have kettles. Good when you like a hot drink before you go to bed. Thanks Timhotel. We will be back!
Relatively close to nearest metro station. Clean and nicely-decorated room. Staff members are friendly and do their best to provide helpful service. Wifi connection is strong. Balcony is an added bonus.
Breakfast was not included in the room rate.
Wonderful hotel with wonderful staff, location is perfect, and the room is extremely clean.
Little bit hard to find
The bed, pillows, and comforter were extremely comfortable. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was close to so many of Paris's popular attractions.
The breakfast was expensive and did not include many options.
In general, it is good to live here because the location is perfect to walk around so many famous sightseeing.
Staff very friendly and helpful Location Facilities
Shower didn't have a lot of power Location of the hairdryer
easy to reach underground subway stations, easy to walk Opera and shopping places, you can even drink Kusmi tea at the hotel... lovely decorated rooms and it has panaromic Paris view...
no baggage room
Very comfortable bed Shower was very nice
Staff was helpful, but reluctant to provide you with anything you didn't ask for. Not overly friendly. Hotel accommodations were comfortable, but the entire hotel is very small. Hotel lobby was very up impressive. I personally didn't care for this district of Paris and would not recommend it for first time visitors to the city.
We recently stayed for our honeymoon. The hotel staff was extremely nice and helpful. We loved our stay and the main reason was the front desk and how nice they have been to us. Room was very clean and nice as well
