Honestly everything.. Except maybe the huge pillows but I didn't see the pillow menu so it was just perfect...
Everything was just wonderful. Whenever I will bein Paris I will stay at Buddha Bar Hotel.
Noise leaking shower and very slow response to requests
Everything was perfect
leaving the hotel
No music player in rooms or DJ in courtyard Considering we came to this hotel for the fact We have about a dozen buddha bar cds and obviously love the misic, the actual buddha bar bar was not promoted as well so did not get there
Hotel staff were so helpful, and we stayed in room 201 which was fabulous,a really romantic setting for our Ruby wedding Anniversary, couldn't fault this hotel at all, well maybe only the a espresso machine which we couldn't always get to work successfully!
Lively designs.... and one staff member who was good but just couldnt make up for his colleagues...
Ac not working... after repeated attempts no proper response... i was told to keep my windows open and sleep... so much for much needed privacy... housekeeping staff very ordibary... reminded me of my bachelor life.... better of staying at one of the reputed hospitality chains with the kind of money you end up coughing up to these people...
The buddha bar chicken salad and the lounge patio area
My tv didnt work the first day and they should have made the follow up for next day and they didnt. So i had to spend my time on that both days of my stay. Bathroom to dark.
The hotel was located fairly close to two metro stations (about 7-10 minute walk) which was quite convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was nice and cozy. We loved the Japanese style toilet. We had a nice little balcony(we were on the 4th floor) which was so refreshing. The hotel staff was exceptional. We always saw smiling faces and they were always willing to help.
Nothing negative to say although more breakfast options would be nice :)
Facility and location were great. Very clean.
Not enough staff. Couple time called down for things and there was a long delay and when calling down to front desk for bell service no one ever answered the phone. Called multiple times with no luck. Had to take all my luggage down myself. Very nice hotel but when comparing it to Buddha bar Prague just wasn't as good of an overall experience. Still would recommend.
Impeccable service (staff were excellent to children, water and wipes prepared for us in the car for our journey home, extra bed for two small children etc) Location - one of the best parts of Paris Value for money - Paris hotels are known for being expensive, for £360 per night we stayed in a junior suite which size is actually quite large, enough to fit a sofa plus an extra bed!
No business centre as I needed to print out some booking confirmations for our next journeys. The staff at the hotel were more than helpful though as they helped me print by sending them an email of the documents.
Nice decoration, nice rooms, quiet hotel
Food menu does not have many choices specially for children
bed is not very comfortable
Staff especially the Concierge were helpful and location and decor was excellent
very strong airconditioner! cold...
service, the concierge Lauren was outstanding! Nice room, great bathroom! Food was good but limited menue.
Excellent location and amazing interior - very atmospheric. Rooms very comfortable, but maybe too many "gadgety" items. Very good bar and barmen. The food in the restaurant was very good
Reception is too small. One does not expect to wait to check-in at a 5* hotel. One small desk for reception and concierge does not work well and each time we needed to speak to someone there was always a wait. We were surprised that the hooks in the bathroom were very loose and couldn't be used to hang the robes - not what you would expect from such a new hotel, but this was resolved as soon as I told reception. Others little niggles were - coffee cups for the Nespresso machine were taken away by the maid but no clean cups were left and this took 2 phone calls and 3 visits from staff, just to get 2 clean cups! The maid also switched off the TV and the remote control we had did not work with this TV. There were lots of drawers but very little hanging space for clothes for 2 people. In the bathroom there is nowhere to hang wet towels and no soap dish. On our last evening we asked for a table in the restaurant and were told to wait in the bar and someone would come to get us in approx half an hour. After almost an hour we returned to the restaurant to ask if our table was ready and they had obviously forgotten about us and so it was quite late by the time we ate. These are all very small things but they are not expected from a hotel of this standard
staff was super friendly and professional went out there way to help The room was amazing!!! I would love to stay again. Location is perfect! Went to Buddha Bar as well Fun and great space and drinks Oh, and the Music!
the price was high, but well, its Paris
The ambience The food was good too
The separate toliet didn't have a towel or towel rail It didn't have a mirror or anywhere to put the soap even though it had a sink ! We thought it was incomplete. When we told reception we were advised that the toliet was complete and we should wash our hands in the bathroom on the other side of the room ! There was no dustbin either Generally no hooks
It's just unique in a very Cousy way
Paying close to 400 pounds per night, we expected far more of this hotel. This price should certainly have included breakfast, but didn't. Had one (very expensive) evening meal at the hotel, and service was extremely slow with staff walking past our table on several occasions and not taking away empty plates or topping up wine glasses, having placed our ridiculously expensive bottle of wine out of reach. The rooms are over-complicated with electric gimickery and lights that would baffle a NASA scientist. The shower was for show only and we had to use the hand shower to do the job. Our coffee was not replaced when the room was serviced, then we found that the cups had been taken away and not replaced. Not what i expect of a top class hotel. Wont be returning!
Everything was just great. The staff was excellent. The rooms very very well equipped. Fabulously located. Very Efficient staff. The Concierge Facility was Excellent. Did all our dinner / lunch reservations. Suggested very good places as well. The room was absolutely fabulous, large and spacious. I would highly recommend it.
Great location. Fantastic Hotel.

The bathtube was very design but not comfortable
