Good location. Good concierge team.
The room service food was exceptionally bad (and surprisingly so). I would definately avoid it. The day after eating the room service, my husband had severe diarrhea, which wasted a full day in Paris (as we weren't able to go out). We met another couple at the bar downstairs that told us about having the same issue with the room service. Generally, the front desk was not accomodating at all to any of our requests or questions, and they seemed to be understaffed. In our 3 day stay, we literally had 2 questions, and both times their was a lin-up at the front desk, and the minimal amount staff that was there, was busy attending to phone calls and other issues.
Decor and ambience and excellent service from Concierge Lorna
No bath in room
The staff was so very helpful and friendly. The location was great. We were able to walk almost everywhere, and, if too far they called for a taxi or pointed us to the Metro with very directions on how to get where we we're going. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Staff,location,bed,energy,the set up.
The gym could be more equipped.
friendly staff, location amazing, rooms are combination of stylish Asian and modern facilities. rooms are large in size.
Trendy and stylish lobby and bar but usually quite and not that popular
Excellent location, confort (but small) room (always considering the price).
The staff is always very kind but takes too long to give feedback in your needs.
Location is great, bed is great and breakfast was good too
The water leaking from bathroom they should seal it The lamp is so confusing
We stay in the hotel 5 nights it was amazing, the staff so friendly .. the rooms was lovely and comfortable. LOVE the bathroom .
Everything from the moment you arrive up to the sad moment you have to check out was amazing, the staff were brill and very very helpful.
Honestly everything.. Except maybe the huge pillows but I didn't see the pillow menu so it was just perfect...
Everything was just wonderful. Whenever I will bein Paris I will stay at Buddha Bar Hotel.
Noise leaking shower and very slow response to requests
Everything was perfect
leaving the hotel
very good location in terms of shopping and convenient transportation. Quiet room. very nice! staff are really friendly beyond expectation.
shower facility is not good, always spilled out over bathroom.
New, clean, well furnished, awesome bathtub!!! Super quiet. Excellent kind staff. One day I couldn't get my atm card to work, and the doorman saw I was flustered and loaned me 100 Euros right on the spot. Saved me!
My bfast was 1 hour late one day--a kitchen mishap of some sort.
No music player in rooms or DJ in courtyard Considering we came to this hotel for the fact We have about a dozen buddha bar cds and obviously love the misic, the actual buddha bar bar was not promoted as well so did not get there
Hotel staff were so helpful, and we stayed in room 201 which was fabulous,a really romantic setting for our Ruby wedding Anniversary, couldn't fault this hotel at all, well maybe only the a espresso machine which we couldn't always get to work successfully!
Lively designs.... and one staff member who was good but just couldnt make up for his colleagues...
Ac not working... after repeated attempts no proper response... i was told to keep my windows open and sleep... so much for much needed privacy... housekeeping staff very ordibary... reminded me of my bachelor life.... better of staying at one of the reputed hospitality chains with the kind of money you end up coughing up to these people...
The buddha bar chicken salad and the lounge patio area
My tv didnt work the first day and they should have made the follow up for next day and they didnt. So i had to spend my time on that both days of my stay. Bathroom to dark.
The hotel was located fairly close to two metro stations (about 7-10 minute walk) which was quite convenient. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was nice and cozy. We loved the Japanese style toilet. We had a nice little balcony(we were on the 4th floor) which was so refreshing. The hotel staff was exceptional. We always saw smiling faces and they were always willing to help.
Nothing negative to say although more breakfast options would be nice :)
Facility and location were great. Very clean.
Not enough staff. Couple time called down for things and there was a long delay and when calling down to front desk for bell service no one ever answered the phone. Called multiple times with no luck. Had to take all my luggage down myself. Very nice hotel but when comparing it to Buddha bar Prague just wasn't as good of an overall experience. Still would recommend.
Impeccable service (staff were excellent to children, water and wipes prepared for us in the car for our journey home, extra bed for two small children etc) Location - one of the best parts of Paris Value for money - Paris hotels are known for being expensive, for £360 per night we stayed in a junior suite which size is actually quite large, enough to fit a sofa plus an extra bed!
No business centre as I needed to print out some booking confirmations for our next journeys. The staff at the hotel were more than helpful though as they helped me print by sending them an email of the documents.
Nice decoration, nice rooms, quiet hotel
Food menu does not have many choices specially for children
bed is not very comfortable
