Good location. Good parking. Nice room. Traditional room could have done with a bath - a shower is not sufficient for the price. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Room is pricey for what it is.

Impressive lobby, attentive staff, rooms beautifully decorated, but definitely not worth the £230 per night stay. No luxuries of other 5 star hotels. We were moved to a 2 star hotel (because of a gas problem in the hotel), this hotel was far tattier but served the same purpose as the Burdigala. Not 5* at tops a 4* but even that is generous.

Room was excellent as was the manager at reception when we checked in....also the free upgrade was really appriciated it was more difficult than it should be to pick up a taxi from the hotel in the morning.....I had a25 minute wait, which was crazy(to my mind)

The staff were excellent- efficient and friendly. I think a 5 star rating (which the hotel gives itself) is somewhat unjustified. It's a decent 4 star in my view. It was pricey, too.

Personnel avenant; surclassement dans une junior suite à l'arrivée, améliorant le rapport qualité / prix; restaurant ouvert le dimanche soir...mais moyen. Bruit du jacuzi de la chambre voisine; salle de bain vieillotte.

Hotel phoche de la patinoire mériadeck (10 min a pied) pour les concerts ou comédie musicale pas très loin du centre ville.Personnel simpas ! Chambre un peu veillotte pour un 5 étoiles mais sinon rien n'a dire j'y retournerais avec plaisirs si une occasion s'y oppose !

Excellent rapport qualité / prix . Personnel au top: Disponible mais pas trop "cirage de pompe" ... Petit déjeuner très correct A recommander ! Rien de spécial. Pour dire quelque chose: on a dû changer de clé magnétique 2 fois en 24 h mais de nouveau, le personnel a été disponible tout de suite et régler notre problème en 2 min.
