Reception & valet parking on arrival excellent. Toilet seat in bathroom very loose. Basin tap in bathroom loose. Service in gourmet restaurant adequate. Food very good. Hot buffet breakfast was all cold ! An expensive stay for what is not in my opinion a 5 start hotel.

The staff were very courteous and accommodating. We had a rental car, and it was effortlessly managed when we dropped it off or needed it to be brought up front. We didn't eat in the restaurant, so I can't comment on that part, but the room was very nice and well maintained.There's really no changes to recommend.

Very well situated with just a 10 minute stroll to centre of Bordeaux. Staff were extremely friendly and all spoke very good english. Thought they were very frugal with their 1 tube of shower gel per room - per day for a 4 star hotel.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Comfortable rooms. The hotel is ~10 min. Walking from city center. But if you travel by car - its optimal, as there is limited car access to the city center. Hotel has parking and staff delivered car very fast.

Impressive lobby, attentive staff, rooms beautifully decorated, but definitely not worth the £230 per night stay. No luxuries of other 5 star hotels. We were moved to a 2 star hotel (because of a gas problem in the hotel), this hotel was far tattier but served the same purpose as the Burdigala. Not 5* at tops a 4* but even that is generous.

Room was excellent as was the manager at reception when we checked in....also the free upgrade was really appriciated it was more difficult than it should be to pick up a taxi from the hotel in the morning.....I had a25 minute wait, which was crazy(to my mind)

El diseño de las habitaciones, muy bonito y moderno. Las camas muy cómodas, la habitación no muy grande pero confortable. Espectacular la ducha !!. El personal del hotel muy agradable y profesional. La ubicación estaba en una zona un poco apartada, pero no estaba lejos andando de la zona interesante de Burdeos

Accueil agréable ,personnel attentif ,vigilant ,et discret , en week end dans une ville que nous découvrions , nous avons trouvé les renseignements nécessaires pour s'y promener sans se perdre . Remerciements a " l'oeil attentif et bienveillant " du maitre d' hôtel qui fait apprécier les petits déjeuners "confortables " Avons été sensibles également au petit chocolat trouvé a l 'heure du coucher ... Ne pas avoir pu décrocher la pomme de douche au dessus de la baignoire !!! !

Excellent rapport qualité / prix . Personnel au top: Disponible mais pas trop "cirage de pompe" ... Petit déjeuner très correct A recommander ! Rien de spécial. Pour dire quelque chose: on a dû changer de clé magnétique 2 fois en 24 h mais de nouveau, le personnel a été disponible tout de suite et régler notre problème en 2 min.

в отеле не останавливался, по причине того что отедль не смотря на то что принимал бронивания - сам находился на ремонте. взамен был предоставлен номер в другом отеле 5 звезд, стоимостью , думаю что дороже. благодарю
