The service I was allocated an older room with stains on the carpet which I suspect was because I had a pet with me. I paid extra to have the small dog in the room, and as such, don't feel that I should have been given one of the older rooms in the hotel. The room was not like website photos. |

It was within walking distance of city centre. It was clean. Staff spoke OK English. There was no atmosphere in the hotel. It was very expensive, especially as breakfast was not included. Not good value for money. Wouldn't stay there again, at least not at the rate we paid. |

Staff were exceptional.Front desk, Bar and cleaning. Rooms were lovely.Location was perfect. No cold tap water during night time making it impossible to have a no cost drink. |

Up to date facilities; first class support staff Hotel restaurant good, but a bit overpriced for the area, and we were rejected the first Night after arrival when walking in to see several empty tables. Referal to a local brasserie worked out, however. |
