The hotel is really nice. I really appreciated almost all. It's a fantastic experience! My advice: use the concierge!

The restaurant is so cold and the spa is so expensive. The sauna is not so good.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, staff were very polite service was exellent.

The rooms were too small, the toilet was far too small

The staff were all very nice,warm and helpful...smily faces are everywhere from when you get in till you leave...they make you feel at home. The bartender Nicolas in particular was great,he is very good with people..i enjoyed both my drinks and my stay...

`the comfort was exceptional. Bedding and pillows fantastic. I had a lovely rest as the shops were shut on April 1st. They were very friendly and excellent service.

Everything. Our stay was amazing and loved every moment, wish we had stayed longer. We will return.

Amazing hotel. Staff were polite, efficient and informed. Restaurant was delightful. Spa peaceful and relaxing. Room was tastefully decorated and felt very luxurious. The hotel even smelled amazing! Cannot recomend highly enough.

everything from staff welcoming to breakfast, dinner. the whole lot. It is worth its five stars rating. I would definitely recommend it and return to it

Staff at Reception were excellent!!! I wasn't feeling well and they accommodated late chcek out till 3pm. Spa facilities are very nice as well.

Excellent location and excellent . staff. Room was nice but relatively small as everywhere in Paris. Good food and excellent cakes.

Although we got a better room than booked (suite instead of junior suite) the bathroom was small and the shower did not work properly. Even after complaining and a fix by technical staff. Not being able to have a decent shower is not acceptable in a five star hotel

The friendly atmosphere at the hotel is exceptional. The conceirge service is professional and met our expectations. The hotel, all in all, is recommendable if you can afford the hefty price!

Very polite staff , nice contemporary style , good location and near designer shops .

Under bed we found a used tea spoon which belonged to the ones before us but the rest was excellent .

Service was excellent! Friendly staff and incredibly helpful. Can't say enough about the concierge and front desk. Bartenders and waitstaff also great. Highly recommend this hotel esp. for couples.

30euros for breakfast! get 1 day free then they charge you the second. it was good but nowhere near that value.
