Great Service, Great Location, quiet
Hate that some double beds are with two mattresses
Everything was perfect - hotel and the room was very nice and clean and the staff were extremely helpful. Location is extremely perfect and in the center of Paris and Champs.
The hotel was fantastic, very well situated, wonderful staff, beautiful building....expensive, but you get what you pay for, it's a "spoil yourself" location.......would very much recommend it
Nothing not to like
Décor, staff, comfort, location.
Extremely pricey food - American breakfast is 35 Euro - go down the street to one of the many delightful brasseries instead. This was the only disappointment - and one that's easy to overcome. Would stay here again.
Beautiful quiet room and great service. Very helpful concierge. Nice Spa and pool. Wonderful location.
Breakfast expensive (35 euro per person).
the service of the front desk and doormen the room quality the business lunch at noon the location between Lover and CDG gate close to Metro the spa and swimming pool
Everything except sometimes service.
Stayed before. Service is not as good as used to be..
The location and hotel itself it absolutely outstanding. Lots of little extras to make spending the money worthwhile.
Some of the food and drinks are extortionately priced and our breakfast in the first day was wrong. That said they did rectify and didn't charge us so can't complain too much.
Location - easy walk to the best of Paris Styling of hotel decor Comfort of room Spa facilities Staff - friendly and with excellent English
Restaurant closed for refurbishment
Location & room comfort
No more live piano at the bar
Very nice boutique hotel. Modern and great looking. Comfortable and good service.
Troubles with check in since we arrived with different flights. Girlfriend was not let in to room although agreed beforehand. Gave a bad start of vacation.
Location is perfect, very good concierge services.
Service in the restaurant. Well, don't expect a good service in France)) this restaurant was a pleasant exception wich is unfirtunately no longer the case.
Proffessional and friendly staff
Bar didn't not have good champagne by the glass. Food in restaurant which is a one star was awful! Worst food I've ever had.
Professional staff who welcomed us with open arms and made my wife feel special on her birthday trip to Paris. Nicolas was a great server to us during afternoon tea and in the bar during the evenings. Beautiful rooms, wonderful spa and great location.
The staff is excellent and professional
Breakfast and Michelin star restaurant were superb. Staff was very helpful and rooms well appointed. Spacious bathroom.
Shower-head too big for small stall & shower leaked. Breakfast was 35€ per person - a bit excessive and the only cooked choice of hot food was eggs.
Location was perfect. Nice rooms and amenities.
Restaurant closed early. Limited menu. One concierge very helpful, another seemed completely clueless - e.g., at a complete loss to recommend a local/walking distance casual place for dinner. With so many brasseries and bistros to choose from, some guidance would have been helpful.
We had a spacious 1st-floor junior suite with every facility. Spa and pool were good. Restaurant tasting menu was superb and recommended wine flights were a lesson in French wine choices.
excellent location, very tasty breakfast.
Access to the restaurant is very limited. I stayed at the hotel 3 days and I was not able to book a table, the Consierge was not helpfull. If you would like to eat dinner in the place you stay, you should book restaurant before you decide to book a room.
Customer service Location Pool Attention to detail
Francois, the head concierge, was kind and helpful. The hotel was not only beautiful, the location was in the middle of everything.
From the moment you enter the service begins. They pump a unique smell into the various public areas and it just adds to the experience. No point in giving individual points, suffice to say everything was superb.
Price of breakfast a bit high, but it was our choice to breakfast there some days.
Great location and мунк good service. My wife needed a blow dry, they sent a master right to the room. Overall service was great.
On my side of the bed, the wifi didn't have signal
