The stay at Le Burgundy was the icing on our trip. The accommodations; amenities; staff; dining; and location were excellent. A special note of appreciation to the Concierge!
attentive staff, wonderful facilities, great location, great pool
The signature smell was overpowering thru the hotel. We made a point to move as quick as possible in/out if the lobby so as to not endure it. Also the price of the hotel was very high.
I loved the location, cleanliness, and staff were very professionable
It is our 4th time in this hotel. This time the quality of the service was not so good as in the first 3 times.
Everything mentioned above and the very attentive and friendly service in particular.
We were in room 111. I am only 5'1". The storage space for laying clothing horizontally (as opposed to hanging) was disappointing as the only shelf was high up in the closet. You don't need two desk type areas. There could be some drawer space added to this suite. Otherwise perfect.
Excellent Staff who were extremely helpful Luxurious decor Extremely comfortable Delicious cocktails made by an excellent and welcoming bar man
I thought the price of treatments was very expensive in the Spa. However I'm unsure if this is reflective of prices in other establishments for this area of Paris.
I loved the location and felt very safe. The hotel staff were very attentive and helpful. The pool was awesome after a full day of sightseeing. We loved our stay here and would definately come back.
- Elegant rooms - Cosy feeling to the hotel - Great location
- Number of staff is on the low side at night (e.g. same person works as porter, house keeping, room service) so request for help might take some time
The warm welcome, the unexpected bottle of champagne in our room on arrival, the little chocolates left on our bed each night, the room size (jnr suite), the helpfulness of the staff, their willingness to try and understand my poor French, the lovely bathroom - pretty much everything!!!
. Door staff the friendliest I've met. . Wonderful breakfast. . Outstanding suites. . Great location . Make you feel at home
. Had to make my own bed one night as staff couldn't handle how to make it with blankets!! I didn't want to wait for them to fix it as it was late at night. They would have so noting too bad to draw from this.
The hotel was relatively new which was very pleasant as there are a number of older hotels in Paris.
They claim and charge as a five star hotel but it definitely is not, as the amenities are their own brand and you can tell they are average quality (the same for the beds and furniture). The staff also needs more training as to what constitutes a five star hotel (specially the concierge staff that does not go out of their way at all to help the guest). As an example of the little things, the hotel offers breakfast room service but it does not appear in their in-room printed out menu (??????). The pool is in the basement, you feel as if you are in a casket. So basically, it is overpriced for what you get. Nevertheless, I would recommend the hotel, as a very good three star hotel. if they lowered their prices a little (which we know they won't).
Hotel is new and well set up great rooms and great location for shopping.
The hotel staffs are extremely friendly
The bathroom is very small.
Cleaness , class
They didnot provide extra bed for my 10 years old son , hence becouse if our tiredness, they pushed us to get other room for him ! And we accepted .
Friendliness and professionalism of staff; always willing to be of assistance and all with a smile Outstanding proximity most of what Paris has to offer within walking distance Room was stylish, tres chic and tres comfortable
Location is central and staff are helpful Decor is beautiful and rooms are comfortable Spa is excellent
No one greeted or helped me when I arrived Waited 5 minutes for room service to answer first time I called Internet service keeps cutting, is very weak
Location is central. Very clean. Proffessional staff.Comfortable bed.
The bed, mmm comfortable! The food, yummy... All of it!!!
Nothing to dislike !!!!
Lovely ambience, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Made to feel extremely welcome. Fantastic room, spa and restaurant.
Wifi didn't work but staff did try their best to help.
Fabulous location, especially for access to high-end shopping. Well trained and helpful reception and concierge staff. Interesting collection of contemporary art. Indoor pool world-class.
Room service menu ho-hum. Restaurant menu entirely too ambitious, chef in way over his head. Fitness center only so-so. Evening turn-down service needs additional training.
I could have lived there
Staff is very cooperative. Limitation in the number of the rooms. quite and comfort, also very close to the historical places in Paris
The inability of extending my period. The price was little bit high.
Very very small room!
