Friendly reception staff. Small room but then again you are in Paris! Convenient location, close to metro and several restaurants and bars. |

close to shops/restaurants no bar, also we booked taxi back to airport at 6.30am....however I believe this had been forgotten !! |

Considering it is Paris, it is a good value for money. Very close to Montparnasse. Clean. Rather quiet. Room very small. |

Proximity to bars and restaurants and Montparnasse station. Near to metro station and within walking distance of Latin quarter. Difficult for cars - unable to park outside, although car park not too far away |

Very nice hotel, clean and silent rooms, small but it's Paris, I'm not complaining. Great location (very nice restaurant district).. Walking distance to Tour Eiffel, Saint Germain, Notre-Dame - it's long walks (20- 30 minutes) but really worth taking (instead of metro). Highly recommend. |

Convenient location, just a 1-minute walk from the Metro station. Very comfortable double bed. Free wifi. Very clean room. Nice pastry shop just around the corner. Hepful female receptionists Night shift male receptionist was rather improfessional |

The staff in the reception was without exception very kind and helpful. The location near to the metro was great. I liked that the hotel was in a quiet area with not much noise from the outside, but still it was near restaurants, groceries etc. There was a strong smell of smoke/cigarettes every time we entered the room, but it soon disappeared when opening the window. |

Comfortable bed. Location - 7-10 minutes walk to the Montparnass railway station!!!! Very small room, but for 1 night it was ok. |

Located on a very authentic Parisian street. Room was very clean and had a very comfortable bed. No smoking throughout hotel. Free fresh fruit at reception area every day. Excellent value for price paid. Room was very small with very small window wth no view even although I had requested one. |

The location of the hotel was good as was just a two minute walk to the nearest metro station. For the price of the hotel there were few amenities, and the standard overall was poor. Staff were not always the most helpful and appeared insincere in their responses. Although the room was clean it was very small and noisy in the mornings from workers outside. I would not return to this hotel. |

Clean enough except I had allergies with the window closed. There is some noise from the street in most rooms, they couldn't find an extra blanket, smiled a lot but weren't really friendly. |

Location. Received a large room despite opting for breakfast deal. Helpful english speaking staff. Good breakfast. Reasonably good deal for Paris prices Some sights are not within walking distance, but transportation is nearby |

Close to Metro and pastry shop. Since room was street side, it was very noisy. Room was warm so had to keep the window open most of the time. Rate on first night was very steep! |

The staff were professional and helpful. The location was good for us but perhaps not so good if you wanted a more typical tourist visit to Paris. Yes the Room with Breakfast was not the same standard as other rooms judging by the pictures in the hotel literature and website. it should have been made clear that a lower standard of accommodation was the trade off for the deal. |

Location: proximity of city centre/transportation. Cleanliness. Bathroom was simple yet efficient and clean. Room was rather small: double bed just fits in |

Room is clean and bed is comfortable. Bath is bigger than I imagined. It's close to Metro and not so far away from PER train with directly connected to airport CDG, there are many restaurant/bakery/bars within a few minutes walking distance. Room is small, i feel it's just ok for me though I occupied a double room. but maybe it's very normal in Paris? The male receptionists are not so friendly or patient. |
