Best Western Bretagne Montparnasse    

Metro Station Pernety on train 13 was a 2 minute walk which made it very convenient for me. All in all a clean and a comfortable hotel with nice friendly staff. The mini bar was free too. I rate it highly.

Customers smoke despite the forbidden signs. my room was noisy I could hear my neighbors, snore, walk above me etc.

Room is very clean and spacious ,comfortable bed.

Male staff who was on duty that night is rude and unhelpful .elevator is not working so we need to used d stairs up to 5th floor.

The room 7 directly on the street, with consequently no real possibility to open the window the second day I had to stay in the room, - I had to move to my friends' room -because I fell sick and I thi, I payd a lot (90 Euros) for an unmaken bed and no towels

It was pretty cheap, and close to the train station.

The place smelled at the breakfast area. I think the bathrooms could have been cleaner, and the room smelled like smoke even though it non smoking. Parking was not included and it was about 4 blocks away, not the most convenient.

Room was very clean, quiet, breakfast was very good and abundant, staff very helpful and friendly.

Great location for a big family with older children. Within walking distance to shopping, tons of restaurants, metro, bus stops, and the Montparnasse Tower. Breakfast was reasonable. Water, soda, tea, are provided in the room for free. Fresh fruit was also available 24 hours in the lobby. Free WIFI is a plus.

Public parking lot is not close. There is no loading/unloading zone, so you block the street trying to get out your luggage or you are forced to walk a long distance with your luggage. The WIFI was off and on, but worked for the most part. Not bad for free, but I definitely would have been upset if I had paid for it.

We liked the friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast. Ideal for a relaxed holiday in Paris.

Absolutely nothing!

Rooms are small, look modern at the pics, but thats a lie. That smell! Bathtub was so small, room was old. We were just married couple and they offered us separate beds. Air Conditioner wasnt working properly, so we had to sleep with open windows. Garbage traffic starts at 6 am, so I had a feeling I sleep at the street and wake up under tank attack. We had to buy earplugs. Not worth spent money, its 2 stars hotel, wonder how they managed to get 4! never again.

Room too too small; we asked for a cot for our 9 month baby and it was so small that the baby almost did not fit there (there was no space for a bigger cot); too expensive for the quality (150eur/noite); refrigerator wasn't working and they changed it on second day; no locker in the room;

buena ubicacion, excelente servicio, habitacion muy limpia, refrigerios incluidos, muy tranquilo no perturvaciones.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, location central.

The internet in the rooms was the worst I have seen in many years.

Definitively itsn't a typical 4 stars hotel but is a nice place to stay in Paris. Location is good because you have many posibilities to travel everywhere in Paris or around, breakfast is delicious and you also have for free everything from the room's fridge. This is really great !

The rooms are pretty small and not so good soundproofed.

The family room was excellent. Our two eldest kids (6 & 8 yrs.) slept on the mezzanine, and could play quietly among themselves in the morning. The youngest one (4 yrs.) slept on the same level as us. Everything in the minibar was free (soft drinks, water,... - no alcoholic beverages though) and refilled. Also free coffee. Ideal location: metro nearby, as well as supermarket, bakery (we bough our breakfast on the go, with small milk bottles from the supermarket for the kids). Plenty of restaurants nearby!

Yest, the bathroom is small and so is the elevator. But that's the case in all Parisians hotels (unless you pay a fortune). Room wasn't ready at 2pm, but staff compensated for it by offering small gifts and candy to the kids. In the end, no big deal !!

Very nice large and clean room. Hotel looks great. Two store room fits 5 persons with comfort.
