Best Western Bretagne Montparnasse  

Obsluga chotelowa jest bardzo mila. Jezeli chodzi o porozumienie w jezyku angielskim to nie bylo wiekszych trudnosci. Pokoj byl czysty.

Zdecydowanie nie jest to chotel cztero gwiazdkowy, maksymalnie trzy.

professional and friendly staff, good cosy and clean room though a little cramped since as it was a quad room. the room rent should have included breakfast. breakfast at 13 euros per person was expensive.

The room was very good and comfortable. The location was excellent, as my wife and I flew from Birmingham, UK, to Paris and were to fly to Nice with Air France the next day to stay at a very good hotel, Best Western Roosevelt, Nice, from which we had an excellent service.

We came down at 07:00 am to have breakfast. The only available food was a few peaces of stale bread and some ham and cheese. The main part of the breakfast was not available until it was too late for us to have, bearing in mind that we had to fly to Nice that morning. We were supposed to have eggs, bacon and sausages. Breakfast was supposed to be served from 05:30 am to mid-morning. When my wife mentioned this to the person on the reception, she sorry, but she do not work in the kitchen. We paid 26 euros for nearly nothing. My and I will not go back to Best Wesyern Bretagne, but we will cary on going to other Best Western Hotels.

The staff was very nice but limited in English to help.

I was so tired from our travels I did not notice that after I turned off the lights and went to bed that I was actually sleeping in blood stained sheets!!! The comfort was good but waking to this was very disturbing ! The staff didn't even really appoligize !!! Very disappointing ! :(

Really good value for money! The area is ok - not central Paris but safe and an easy commute. Room was big for Paris ***-**** standards and very clean. Nice touch - complimentary water bottles, wifi and good quality stuff in the bathroom. It's not Ritz or Plaza Athene but for a short stay in Paris if you're on a budget or know the city quite well - perfect choice! Def. Better than the same prices properties near Pigalle or Gare du Nord.

I chose this hotel because of its location - it's very close to the Monparnasse Train Station, but it's on a quiet street. I just loved the hotel staff - they were very nice and friendly. The building of the hotel looks historic. The bed was very comfortable ;)

The room was very small - this is the only reason why I give 9, not 10 to the hotel.

Room in the street side are very noisy.

Excellent to sleep and get a good night rest. Not noisy. Staff very nice. All is convenient.

The rooms (in the first prices) are a bit too small for 2 adults with big suitcases! There is no place to open them!

Elegant place. Free bottles of water every day in a city where water is really expensive. Friendly staff.

Very small rooms, even moving the suitcases in the room (room number 15) was difficult. It would be good for a one person not for two.

Upgraded to a better room

The welcoming of the staff at check inn was amazing, very warm and smiles all around. Makes a big difference in France. The check in lady in particular Florentine showed me 2 different rooms and gave me an option and was very clear on the different rates. My rooms was stocked daily with tea coffee hot chocolate and mineral water all complimentary. The reception also had complimentary fruit tea and coffee and at times cakes. Internet is very good. I feel so relaxed and homely that instead of moving hotel for the following week I decided to extend my stay. Will recommend this place.

Although I was on fifth floor the narrow road that is a one way road and seems very quite can become a little noisy at times. No gym or swimming pool. Location was a bit far out but reachable on the metro. Overall I wouldnt allow these things to stop me staying here again.
