Hotel Best Western Bretagne Montparnasse usytuowany jest w odległości 10 minut drogi od dworca kolejowego Montparnasse i wieżowca Tour Montparnasse. Bardzo przyjemny Hotel, w dobrej lokalizacji. Jak na Francję mieliśmy bardzo duży pokój. Jedyne do czego mogę się przyczepić to kiepski internet.

Nie jako zazalenie, ale informacja dla hotelu. Skrzypiące podłogi, bardzo akustyczne ściany - bardzo wyraźne odgłosy pochodzące z sąsiednich pokoi, bardzo słychać korzystanie z toalety, prysznica.

Easy and free access to internet Upon arrival at 4 pm, when I reached the room, the room wasn't ready (vacuum cleaner in the entrance, paper on the floor and door open). As the cleaning lady saw me start walking down to reception, she first cursed the receptionist and asked me why I was going down to reception since it would only take 10 minutes to finish the room. The room (N° 26) was very small and high priced.

the staff is helpfull, very freindly and they accept all the remarks booking on the web site you find that the informations are not accurate as well as : free cancellation of the booking is not true because they credit the total amount on the spot and that there is no cancellation, the rooms are noisy and you cant sleep well , the hygiene is acceptable but can be better (some of towels are not acceptable at all you must verify your towel before using it ) , the bed sheets has not been changed for three nights, there is no safe in the room as mentioned on the website,above all this the staff are exceptionnal and try their best , my opinion for this amount you must have better for four stars!

The location in relation to where I had to be everyday during my visit. And I really appreciate the free wi-fi, fruits and coffee. This was definitely not a 4 star hotel as I was lead to believe. Our room was so small I couldn’t fully open my large suitcase without leaving the room or bathroom door opened. The décor in our room was so tired you could see all the attempts made to patch-up broken things, especially in the bathroom.

The only good thing was the staffs attitude. Our room was tiny,noisy and claustrophobic!When I say tiny I mean 10 m2 and the bed was 1.40 cm wide and just barely 200 cm long.I Am 1.96 and my feet were hanging out of the bed!Maybe for a single room it would be ok but for 2 its a disgrace on their part!

Just the location in the City Je ne comprends pas de tout, comment cet hotel avait pu obtenir 4 etolis car cet hotel n'a pas de tout la qualite de 4 etiols. This hotel does not have sufficient quality: - equipment not sufficient and Old - Stuff were not qualified, clean, . . . - Too expensive for what you get - Breakfast very limited and in very small place in such cave was served

When I arrived at hotel, one customer was complaining about bedbugs; his face was full of red spot. He was told that they never had this sort of issue; however looking at tripadvisor this is not completely true. There was a toilet odor coming out of the bathroom, really terrible. I did not ask to get another bedroom, did not want to take a chance with some bedbugs. The room itself was not clean. The hotel reception is smelly; this was not an enjoyable stay, the least I can say.

The bed was comfortable and it was easy walking distance from the metro. The brasserie along the street was very nice and convenient to have close by. The reception desk was very helpful recommending a place to have dinner. The express breakfast was a little limited and the coffee machine was quite temperamental. The room was comfortable but too hot even with the heater turned off and having left the window open!

Comfortable bed; clean, modern bathroom and instant hot water (not always a given!). Excellent location in Montparnasse. Good breakfast as well. Bedroom was very small; even with only hand baggage, it was tight. I wasn't spending any time in the room so it didn't matter much, but anyone looking for a place for more than sleeping in would be disappointed. Not much sound insulation within the hotel: my bedroom was sandwiched between a legendary snorer and a hyper-enthusiastic francophone couple. My French vocabulary has increased, but it wasn't ideal for sleeping...

Elegant place. Free bottles of water every day in a city where water is really expensive. Friendly staff. Very small rooms, even moving the suitcases in the room (room number 15) was difficult. It would be good for a one person not for two.

Located in a calm and friendly street with all you need (supermarket, café's for breakfast), this small hotel offers friendly and helpful service and good comfort. All places of interest are within 10mins by metro. Clearly recommendable! Small room (but very comfortable and adequate)
