Die Lage des Hotels ist top, mitten in der Altstadt und bei der Fussgängerzone, also ideal für Shopping. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuss erreicht werden. Unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert und sauber. Das Bad war verhältnissmässig gross. Die Mitarbeiter an der Reception waren hilfsbereit. Das Standard-Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, aber mit hellen Farben eingerichtet. |

Hote liegt zentral Hotel ist per Kfz nicht zu erreichen, in der ersten Nacht bekamen wir ein sehr lautes Zimmer, obwohl ich bereits vor 3 Monate gebucht hatte. |

Es ist einfach gut, sehr zentral gelegen, Frühstück ausreichend, überhaupt ist Bordeaux einen Besuch wert. Werde das nächste Mal wieder hier logieren. In der Badewanne/Dusche sollte ein Handgriff sein, um beim Ein-/Aussteigen einen Halt zu haben. Es sollte im Doppelzimmer ein zweiter Stuhl mit Rückenlehne sein, kein einfacher Hocker. |

Great location, extremely central. Small but nice rooms. Prices are good value. Staff was generally very correct and nice. However, beware of the elderly evening receptionist. When I asked if it would be possible to order a taxi to go to a restaurant she got extremely defensive and agitated, lecturing that she required a couple of hours of advance notice for her to order a taxi. I ended up walking to the restaurant. |

Very well refurbished hotel in an ancient building. Room was small but well designed. Small but well appointed shower room. Charming and helpful staff and excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit and good bread and pastries. It's time Best Western redesigned their corporate signage; it may be suitable for a motel on Route 66 in usa, but is singularly inappropriate for a beautiful building in downtown Bordeaux and gives completely the wrong impression! |

The location is excellent, right in the center of the old town. In a very nice neighbourhood. Very close to the shuttle stop to the airport. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly and speaks good English. Everything in the room works marvelously. |
