Very well refurbished hotel in an ancient building. Room was small but well designed. Small but well appointed shower room. Charming and helpful staff and excellent breakfast with freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit and good bread and pastries. It's time Best Western redesigned their corporate signage; it may be suitable for a motel on Route 66 in usa, but is singularly inappropriate for a beautiful building in downtown Bordeaux and gives completely the wrong impression! |

the location, good breakfast in the room, nice staff, the staircase, the classical design of the room. One receptionist was rather cold, The club room is acceptable, but avoid the standard room...extremely small! |

The location is excellent, right in the center of the old town. In a very nice neighbourhood. Very close to the shuttle stop to the airport. Receptionists were very helpful and friendly and speaks good English. Everything in the room works marvelously. |

le petit déjeuner très varié et de bonne qualité, une chambre tranquille et bien tenue l'aménagement de la chambre, vieillot, mal disposé. Nous avons été dérangé par l'odeur de cigarette dans les couloirs et jusque dans la chambre. |

situation idéale, endroit joli et ambiance "bourgeoise.". La minuterie dans les wc du rez de chaussée.L'omelette du petit déjeuner trop liquide. le jus d'orange frais :bien mais cette fois une amertume persistante : les fruits n'avaient pas été lavés avant d'être passés en machine : arrière gout assez désagréable. WIFI payant?!!! |

És molt cèntric. Crec que la categoria i els serveis d'aquest hotel no valen el preu que vam pagar (147 € per nit). Tot i que ens van dir que no ens cobrarien abans de l'arribada, l'hotel va fer una reserva de 250 € al número de VISA que els havíem facilitat per fer la reserva. Ara, una setmana després, tinc el càrrec de la reserva més el càrrec del pagament de quan vam deixar l'hotel. He parlat amb el banc i sembla ser que em retenen els diners entre 10 i 15 dies i que després d'això s'alliberen però a dia d'avui jo tinc 250 euros menys al meu compte, és a dir, que és com si m'haguessin cobrat dues vegades. |
