The hotel was perfectly situated in the centre of the old town of Bayonne, easy to get around and near excellent shops and restaurants. Close to train station. The Reception staff were unfriendly, and made little attempt to communicate with us. On arrival we were simply handed our keys with no registration details asked. Language was not a barrier, but we felt unwelcome. |

It's location was very central and as we were there for a rugby match it was only a short walk from the ground the water wasn't very hot for a shower but otherwise the room was spacious as was the bathroom |

Both receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent location for exploring the area. Bayonne was a surprisingly nice town. No onsite parking, but secure parking at a nearby location. |

It was a great location but the toilet and washing facilities were not of a great standard. They were enormously dated tiles in the bathroom, with class doors so other people in the room can see you when naked! |

The bed in the superior room is fantastic. Victoria on reception was very helpfull and a delight to deal with. Parking was about 200m from the hotel but was not a big problem.Don't let this put you off |

The view of the cathedral from our room window was very nice especially when it was illuminated at night The car parking arrangements were awful. Our so called prestige superior room was nothing of the kind. The clock/radio/alarm woke us at 6am with blaring music. |

Extemeley helpful desk clerk, classic french lift. Comfortable double bed. Old but refreshed, got impression that despite fire doors etc still a bit of a potential firetrap. Highly overpriced breakfast, I went out for breakfast. |

Esta muy bien ubicado. en el centro historico de la ciudad. se trata de un hotel antiguo rehabilitado, con habitaciones y cuartos de baño amplios, muy luninoso. nos toco habitacion con terraza, muy agradable. Como en el resto de hoteles que hemos utilizado en nuestro viaje de vacaciones por francia estimamos muy caro el desayuno, que no contratamos. se desayuna por la mitad de precio en la cafeteria de al lado. |
