The location and the size of the room were the best part. The hotel however did not mention anywhere that they were renovating the room next to mine, so no peace and quiet during working hours : wall-hammering, installing carpet and smell of paint! The owner/manager of the hotel needs to get up to date on customer service skills, he has none however! He was argueing with me when I was settling the bill; they were amazing at charging me for breakfast everyday although I had said -twice- when I checked in that I was not interested in having breakfast at the hotel as it is very expensive and poor value for money.

Location only I was dissapointed by the size of the room, it was the smallest room in the hotel and yet the hotel was practically empty and we had not exactly picked the cheapest hotel. You couldnot open the bathroom door without hitting the bed. Compared to other Best Westerns it was poor. Would not use it again

Excellent location, lovely room. Appreciated that we could buy a coffee rather than a full breakfast. no television remote, and when we asked for one, it was faulty. I think the cost of breakfast was too expensive.

Very helpful Reception staff. When I had a technical problem with my netbook computer I was directed to a company (fnac) who were able to repair the problem. A little thing perhaps, but just that bit extra to make my stay enjoyable.

Traditional hotel, quite interesting inside, comfy bed. Nice town, awesome cathedral. Free wifi worked and was fast. No bar to speak of. Like all French hotels you can't make your self a cup of tea or coffee.

Authenticité de l'établissement, un retour en arrière. Le peu de réactivité du personnel pour résoudre immédiatement de petits problèmes: bouchon de baignoire coincé ou bouteille de gel douche vide en arrivant et toujours pas changée en repartant 2 jours plus tard. Les chambres réservées sur booking.com n'étaient en fait pas réservées par l'hotel en arrivant...

Les photos représentants les chambres sur le site de l'hôtel n'ont strictement rien a voir avec la réalité, c'est d'ailleurs une publicité mensongère. Quand au gardien de nuit dors avec la porte de l'hôtel fermer à 6:15 du matin et que l'on reste dehors c'est très limite, et par dessus tout qui vous insulte et vous fait payer la chambre à cet heure ci alors que l'hôtel avait l'empreinte de ma carte visa, c'est inadmissible . Bref c'est 2/20... Et c'est juste honteux pour eux.
