The hotel was fine and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was well placed for the centre of the town. Your website stated that there was secure parking for motorcycles, the main reason for choosing the hotel in the first place. There is no parking facility for motorcycles and they had to be left out in the street. |

The hotel advertises its self as having parking facilities which it does not have. The main reason for picking this hotel was the advertised parking facilities, so I was very disappointed when only public parking was available at 2 euros an hour was available.. Staff at the hotel area aware of the misrepresentation of parking facilities on the hotel web site but say there is nothing they can do. |

La bouilloire et les sachets de thé/café à disposition La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait une chaleur terrible. Le ménage était effectué de manière superficielle (trace non nettoyée sur le carrelage, tasse de café non débarrassée). La télé ne captait toutes les chaines. La moquette était défréchie, les fils electriques apparents et un sèche cheveux un peu spécial... |

Hôtel toujours en travaux début juin (on nous avait assuré par téléphone que c'était quasiment terminé) donc bruits des travaux en journée à supporter, de plus chambre mal insonorisée des bruits de la rue (jeu dans une fenêtre), doubles rideaux laissant passer la lumière du soleil, odeur de moisi dans la salle de bain. Cet hôtel n'avait (pour le moment j'espère) de Mercure que le nom... |

De ontvangst is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. wij hadden het hotel gekozen om de reden dat het hotel voor ons goed uit kwam wij wandelen namelijk de GR5. mijn vrouw was door haar enkel gegaan en kwamen een uur te vroeg in het hotel en kon eerder op haar kamer met uit zich op de Moezel, later werd ook gevraagt of alles naar wens was. ( heel vriendelijke personeel ) |

Het hotel is aan het vernieuwen. Niet alles is nog 100%. Echter dit deed niets af aan het feit dat het er nu al erg leuk, strak en nieuw uitziet. Ook de ontvangst was goed. Geen gezeur alles in een keer goed geregeld. Leuke kamers, niet te groot maar proper en goede bedden. Leuke badkamer met douche (want wij willen liever geen bad). Parkeren kan lastig zijn. |

Ondanks verbouwing waaraan druk werd gewerkt toch alle hulp en informatie die nodig was. Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Absolute aanrader. Verbouwing bracht enig ongemak mee maar dat woog niet op tegen de bovengenoemde service. |

L'hôtel était en travaux et en cours de changement d'enseigne, il est donc difficile de porter un jugement. Le petit-déjeuner était correct. L'hôtel est bien insonorisé, situé en centre ville. Lit inconfortable - salle de bain assez vétuste avec WC bancal. |

La gentillesse du personnel qui travaille dans les cravats des travaux Cet hôtel est en réparation car il a été repris par la chaine accor et devrait être transformé en Mercure. Les chambres sont à refaire et l'insonnorisation est bien moyenne. Le petit déjeuner a du être pris dans la chambre car il n'y avait plus de salle |

Aucune chose indiquand que l'hotel etai en travaux,et de tres mauvaise etat et salle car en travaux,et aucune reduction faite a ce point .a voir quand il sera fini ,la moindre des chose aurai ete de le signaler ou de faire une reduction ou un appel pour une prochaine fois. |
