We liked location. It is five minutes walking to several subway lines and you can easily got to where ever you want. But it is quite place at the same time. Kettle and tea set was provided upon request. Breakfasts are OK. Hotel has a lot info for tourists as well at reception desk. There is couple of supermarkets around open 9-21. At Montparnasse you can find a lot of Japanese restaurants and big shopping center. Unfortunately, I couldn't pay with a card while check out as the card reader was suddenly not working. So it was good that I had enough cash to pay. |

I loved the location, the room was beautifully decorated, the bathroom was remodeled, staff was friendly. It was a good experience. The room was very small, but this is Paris and its hard to find a large room. |

Nothing much, small, limited amenities, a place to sleep. Too small, some unfriendly front desk staff. |

Location was excellent. Only a short walk to nearest metro. Montparnasse is a great place to base yourself for a trip to Paris. Lots of great cafes and bars in the area. Can easily walk to St.Germain, Lourve & Notre Dame. The room was on the small side but I heard that was not unusual for Paris. |

the TV picture poor, the internet connection slow, no in room tea facility. Elevator broken upon check out and I had to carry my suitcase down six flights of stairs since I was on the 5th floor. Absolutely no service! |

Look no farther, you should stay here. Location matters in Paris, and this hotel is arguably the best placed: Quiet, safe, close to park, central, close to four metro lines (and a direct train from the airport), very clean, recently refurbished to a high standard, free wi-fi, and lovely breakfasts. The mattress was the best we've every had. We stayed 10 days and every day at this hotel was a joy (we are fussy too!) Staff are kind and helpful, and put up with my bad French. Really, you'll not be disappointed if you stay at this hotel. Far and away the best value and experience, of any we've come across. We had to pay an extra-charge for a second wi-fi connection (for an I-phone). The wi-fi didn't always work. The first night our (brand new) shower didn't drain, but the problem was fixed quickly the next day. |

Everyone was helpful and friendly and it had an excellent situation. Room was comfortable but there were no drawers in the bedroom and there were no tea/coffee making facilities. However this did not detract from the stay as there was adequate wardrobe space with cubbyholes and coffee was obtainable from the bar downstairs. |

Breakfasts were good, plenty of different kinds of food. The people especially the front desk personnel are extremely rude. While waiting in the lobby I observed several loud discussions between the guests and hosts (if you can call them that). Elevator was broken and we were on the 5th floor and the steps were very narrow and hard to go up and down, especially for older people. They did not have wi-fi and when I asked them about it, they said it was not working. We were in this hotel for 5 days and they did not fix the elevator nor the wi-fi. Best Western hotels are generally good in United States but except the breakfast that I mentioned earlier, it was an unpleasant experience for me and my family. |

Good hotel, acceptable location. Нормальный отель, сносное расположение. Оч чисто и тд По-моему, дороговат - но, возможно, это Париж? Hotel pictures do not reflect the actual rooms. |

Nice split level club room, well equipped, immaculately presented and a really good shower. Breakfast was decent, staff friendly and efficient, location good for local eating, drinking, metro and rail links. Area safe and lively. Mini bar sensibly priced. Enjoyed. On arrival I thought the elevator needed hoovering. And I was right, because it had been done by the time I got up :-) |
