Hotel staff were good and help full, my room was very clean, even hotel it self was quite clean and tidy.

Location of hotel was just arite, not too happening. I stayed in artistes Room and this was the biggest type of room in this hotel but I found it very very small, so imagine whats the size of other rooms... Its written that its a a/c Hotel but its up to hotel staff`s will when to start it or even not to start it, I complained about it but they said the weather is cold and they cannot start the main power, but actually it was quite a hot day in paris out of my 3nights stay. Bed is not comfortable. It actually should be 2 star hotel beacuse of size of hotel and poor in facilities. Its a over priced hotel and wont recommend it to any one.

The hotel was in a great location for restaurants, night life and shopping. A metro station was located outside the hotel and also a car parking facility was also less than 100 m from the hotel. The Club room was fantastic and the decor was amazing. The hotel staff where very helpful and provided an excellent service, above and beyond what was expected.

Me and my boyfriend stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. The room was really small and design was horrible! Staff wasn't really helpful, they didn't know anything we had asked for. I wouldn't stay in this hotel again, as you can find better hotel for the same price. (We paid almost £200 per night).

Location, Cleanliness, No pretentiousness

Rooms were to small room in the uppermost floor not very warm in winter

Excellent location - one block from Metro and two blocks from RER train that took us directly to the airport and North Station for EuroStar. The staff was very friendly and helpful and there were may cafes and shops within walking distance. A great spot for first time visitors. Excellent location to visit all parts of Paris on the Metrol

We like that the hotel is centrally located and that the metro was closeby. The hotel is also located on a quiet and small street. We were given a room that is facing the courtside. That is pleasant since I requested for a quiet space prior to our stay.

I have been prewarned that the rooms in Paris are relatively small. Hence I was not so shocked about the room size.

A good location near to Metro and RER. Easy to reach from Orly. We enjoyed the breakfast wery much. Fiendly staff.

The location is quite good. A small and calm street but close to 100s of restaurants, cinemas and stores of Montparnasse Blvd and proximity. That makes life easy when it comes to eat and shop, even late at night when Paris shuts down. Needless to comment about the excellent subway facilities of Paris, so that´s not really a plus or exclusive to this hotel, but it´s handy as well: 2 minutes and you´re in a sub station. The staff is indeed friendly, I speak french but they are also able to communicate in english if needed. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable and even though the bathroom is small, it´s clear and nice to use. We wanted to stay longer and had no problems extending our staying - they even made a better price for the 3 extra days! (I thought Booking.com had the better deals but go figure...).

The room is clean and well decorated, but smaller than some other similar- priced hotels in the region and other good areas of Paris. Everything is a bit on the cramped side here, even more so if you´re traveling as a couple and with some big luggage as we did.The air conditioning of the room wouldn´t work during our entire stay, even though I complained every single day at the front desk. We extended our staying and by the 5th day I gave up complaining... One night I had to sleep w/ windowns open and since it was the 1st floor, we would hear people talking and smoking at the entrance of the building. That sucked. We didn´t try the breakfast, opting instead for the many good options nearby.

Well-updated furnishings.

The wifi connectionwas our attraction to Best Western over Hilton but it was always faulty. The bathroom was not always properly cleaned-- it looks like it was cleaned in a hurry. The bath amenities were not always replenished on time, I had to ask the Front desk.

Good location; close to restaurants, metro and shops; breakfast served on glass roof varanda, with a view to a beautiful internal garden; friendly staff; good breakfast with a espresso machine.

I had to struggle for 4 nights with the air conditioner, which definitely refused to work; I had to keep the windows opened during the last night I spent there and I just could not sleep because of the high temperature in the room.
