A bright and pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Caen. The staff were pleasant and the accomodation itself was good. Two things irked us - having to pay for wi-fi, as most hotels have it available free these days and all spirits in the bar were priced with a mixer even if you did not want one. |

An excellent base location to visit many sights such as Bayeux, Le Havre and the Normandy beaches. The staff was very courtious and spoke English. Car parking is right at the hotel with easy access to Autoroute. |

Clean, good staff, excellent room and very good breakfast. Plenty of good free parking next to the hotel and easy to find from the periferique motorway exit 5. The Booking.com details referred to free wired internet in the room. The only actual free internet connection is for 20 minute periods in reception on a public computer. However, having been shown the Booking.com advertisement, reception gave a free voucher for 24 hours unlimited wireless connection in the room - usually €9.90. |

Easily located with good family facilities. Breakfast was automatically added onto your room bill at end of stay even if you had not eaten the breakfast! Very expensive breakfast for what was on offer. Should offer a "continental" style breakfast for people who only want coffee and cereal. |

Very good, quiet hotel, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Bathroom and bed excellent. Light supper was good and reasonably priced. Breakfast (buffet style) was also good (and included in our room price) The address of the hotel is given as Av de la Côte de Nacre but the entrance to the car park is by a road at the back of the hotel. Our sat nav took us to the first road which is busy and we had some difficulty in finding the second one. |

the hotel has the good restaurant. but, at high season, the restaurant can be needed more man-power to serve. |

Breakfast buffet was good. We wanted to have dinner at the hotel after our arrival. However, when we spoke with the waiter he was very rude and told us to "come back in 30 minutes, no sooner." A nicer way to say it would be "there is a 30 minute wait". There was a tour group just coming together in the restaurant, so we could see it was busy. Nevertheless, it was rude. |

The hotel was very clean and had good facilities, the rooms were spacious and the parking was handy. Near a busy main road, and not very accesible on foot. |

Efficient, friendly and welcoming. Restaurant open until late. Excellent buffet breakfast. Our daughter enjoyed the table tennis in the garden. Made a good 1 night stopover after ferry crossing. |

The one lady staff member helped me locate my keys to my auto which were held by the French police after lost in security at Normandy. We had to say an extra day because of the lost keys. When we checked out they charged us the rate of booking instead of the reduced rate after the D-Day comemoration. |
