Boasting a tremendous location in one of the most famous places of the French Riviera, close to Sainte-Maxime and Saint-Tropez, the very comfortable and luxury residence provides west or south-facing air-conditioned apartments.

Enjoy the nearby sandy beach, which is easily accessible, the delicious dishes of the restaurant and the thalassotherapy centre. Built like a typical Provençal residence, it is the ideal place to enjoy an array of activities and facilities.

Cancellation

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Guests can choose the "Premium" formula that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It includes:

Guests can also choose the "Baby Kit" that must be purchased on line before the arrival. It will be provided in the apartment with:
Folding baby cot with 1 sheet.
Highchair.

Room information

In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, an oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or loggia with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes:

- Accommodation.
- Sheets.
- 1 pillowcase per person.
- Bathroom linen.
- 2 dishcloths per apartment.
- Cleaning kit.
- End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

Important information

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open from 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 19:00 Sunday to Friday and from 08:00 to 20:00 at Saturdays.

Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.

friendliness of staff, aproximity to beach

swimming pool was not accessibalo to children under 16 yrs, which was not mentioned on website

The simplicity

We stayed for four days and tried to book a massage when we arrived to find out it was fully booked for our stay, and this was in september, what is it like in july and august, suggesting people pre book them is an idea. Also in the high season it would be extremely noisy, i could hear what was going on in the rooms above and to side of us.

coin tranquille pour relaxer près de la plage et non loin des centres touristiques

Trousse d'information manquante et devrait inclure une carte du site ainsi que des services et activités sur les lieu ou dans la commune ainsi les attraits touristiques de la région. Devrait avoir une trousse de base pour la cuisine (sel poivre huile vinaigre...) ainsi que pour la toilette (plus qu'un rouleau de papier de toilette pour le séjour) pour les touristes qui viennent de l'étranger.
