A warm reception from hotel staff- especially Anna. Very helpful and informative about where to go and what to see. Conveniently located behind the Gare St Jean in Bordeaux where there is a very helpful Tourist bureau. Secure parking available at reasonable charge and free Wifi.. |

It is near to the train station and tram service, it is also with walking distance too the tourist part of the city. Currently many obstacles with regeneration/improvement work being undertaken. We found the pillows to be very squshy and offer no head/neck support while sleeping. |

The location (close to Railway station), and the staff. Although the vicinity to the railway station was good, the area around it you just need to be watrchful around the area. |

Great location and pleasant staff. One spoke good English which was helpful. Very hot at night and when left windows open the mosquitoes ate us. |

The breakfast was very nice; the hotel is quite close to the train station which was very convenient. There was no shower curtain in the shower; not in a terribly nice part of town (I felt uncomfortable walking around at night even though it was just across the street from the train station) |

The design of the room is very nice. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is close to the train station but you'll need to catch the tram to go to the city centre where all the excitement is. |

Charming, attentive and helpful staff. The welcome by a young lady on the Sunday night at 22hrs was outstanding. All through the stay the staff and the management were a model of good customer service. Modest hotel but so tastefully decorated with a lot of charming features.Continental breakfast was perfect. Next to the station No hairdryer in the bedroom. |

I liked the breakfast, which was good value for money, compared with other hotels we stayed at; there was fresh fruit and compote, for example. The bed was comfortable and the street, though very close to the station, was pleasantly quiet at night.the reception staff were obliging. |

The location is best because of a short way from SNCF station, and the access to the city center is easy because tram connect the stasion with anywhere in the city. The bathtub has no shower curtain, thus I got my room shoes wet. |

Located close to St. Jean Train Station and Bus Stop to Merignac Airport (5 minute walk) with several restaurants nearby. Also close to transit, or about a 20 minute walk into the main area of Bordeaux. |

The hotel was calm, clean, and everything necessary was there. The personal was ok at the reception. Breakfeast buffet was good. the room for breakfeast was really cold and nobody was available at this time to help (having more coffee or so) |
