In a 19th-century old mansion, the Quality Hotel Bordeaux Centre is located near the lively Saint-Pierre district, surrounded by restaurants and boutiques.
Score from 1139 reviews Excellent
It's close to train station and the people were very nice.
While the hotel was fine, the area around the train station is pretty seedy.
Breakfast buffet was a lite disappointing in terms of selection of food, considering it is for an extra charge.
Excellent breakfast choices. Staff receptionist friendly and helpful.
Lack of elevator!
Wonderful view from our window of Sacre Coeur. Great location with easy access to metro to visit the rest of Paris.
Our room was rather shabby. The carpets were badly stained and the shower was faulty but they did seem to be in the process of renovations.
Located in the area of red light district
Indian decor Location Parking possible across the road could keep car in car park until 3pm on day of departure
Had to climb 2 flights of stairs with 30kg of luggage, no help offered. All a bit dated
Good location, quiet, private, comfortable.
A little basic.
The staff were very friendly and my room was behind the main hotel and so well away from any noise.
Paying €17 for parking overnight.
Thé location Thé little backyard. The breakfast room and thé breakfast. The welcoming atmosphère Thé accessoires to thé wifi
I was thème at thé beginning pf Octobre and thé température was qui te low suddenly and it was cold in thé room with no heating
Good location, nice reception, competent and welcoming staff
Beds and pillows not very comfortable Parking was 9 Euro / day and it was not clear at all when booking
Close to station so easy access to airport shuttle/trams into city Clean and spacious room and welcoming staff. Close to range of reasonable bistros and cafes Would recommend for short stay of one or two nights
Hard bed so not the most comfortable sleep Hotel only 2 streets away from station but no one I asked knew the street! Do get directions before you travel! No lounge area, and garden tiny with only one table with chairs so no room for more than one guest/family to sit outside.
Found the staff of Aquarian Hotel to be extremely helpful, courteous, and proficient.
A basic hotel, but very well located within short walk of the station. Staff were friendly, breakfast was excellent and room was clean and reasonably appointed. An excellent budget option
Super friendly hotel management. Quiet room very close to the station.
Only 250 metres from Rail station and tram line to town centre (10 minute journey), very easy to find. Some quite nice eating places near the station. Very friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Room well equipped and comfortable with one exception - no aircon.
No airconditioning or fan - open window meant mosquitoes and noise from other rooms were a nuisance at night. Mossies may not have been a problem in other rooms - see next point. Downstairs room with wheely rubbish bins right outside window.
staff!!!! the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly.
I think the room could do with a touch of paint.
The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It was much appreciated. Location to the train and bus station was very helpful.
It was an easy walk from the train which we wanted and easy access to the tram to get into the main part of Bordeaux. The small room out the back was quiet, which was good as we needed to have the window open for ventilation on a warm night. The shower was over the bath and the shower needed to be hand held as fitting was broken but still a good shower. We didn't eat breakfast there so can't comment on that, but appreciated having a fridge. A kettle would have been great. It met our needs re price, location and cleanliness.
A top sheet plus doona would have been appreciated as the night was to hot for a doona.
Location was good and staff were friendly - however there was no airco and not many electricity plugs to charge tel etc. But good value for money
a bit of a small room and no temp control/airco
Good breakfast at a reasonable price. Big triple room at a good price. Very clean, bright, high ceilings in a renovated old building. Good bed. Near station.
Small bathroom, and hot water tank above lavatory.
Lovely little hotel, and only a 2 minute walk from the gare st jean - so perfect if you're planning a short stop-over in Bordeaux. Great choice for breakfast (and breakfast available until quite late).
Just a short tram ride away from the centre and very handy for the train station. Very comfortable, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and free uninterrupted wifi in the room was a bonus. Typical continental breakfast which was adequate. The room had a bath which was very welcome to relax in following a long day of sightseeing. Water pressure was excellent it's just a pity the shower holder was broken so couldn't stand under the shower but it could be used to wash hair. Would definitely return if visiting Bordeaux again.
Broken shower holder
the toilet and the bathroom are separated, i needed to wash my hands in the opposite room
It's very handy to the main train station, is very clean and the staff were friendly.
Handy position for Station & Trams . Good basic Breakfast with good price. Friendly staff . Nearby to some backstreet Bistro's offering good food at Locals prices !
