The staff were friendly and helpful and it was in an ideal location for shopping and sightseeing.

yes the service was not profficinal, and the room they gave was smaller than what I request, and there was nothing from what I asked for, lastley there was no flaxbility on Ckeck in i.e. at 3 pm they start to count 2 hours of preperation of the room and checked in by 1615 hours where I arrive at 0815 hours.

The room was too small and the furniture need to change at all and the security in the hotel very bad some one stole my freind bag in the hotel lobby !!! as well when you want a coffee you need to wait for 30 minutes minimum .

the staff were friendly and they know me as i stayed there several times.

When we arrived we were told by the hotel that were having problem with airconditioning and they offered us a small suit instead of 2 rooms. this was not convinient as we both had to share one bathroom and te second bed was very small. anyway the hotel also offered dscount so we paid lower amount that what wa anticipated.

The location of the Hotel is very convenient

Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Julkiset tilat hiljattain remontoitu erittäin kauniiksi ja luksuksen omaiseksi. Sijainti Champs Elyseen sivukadulla.

Huone oli vanha sviitti. Tasot olivat marmoria, mutta huone oli erittäin kulunut. Huoneen yleisilme oli vanha ja ränsistynyt, siellä haisi myös vanhalle ja tunkkaiselle. Käytävässä oli ilmoitus, jossa pahoiteltiin kerroksen (3. krs). Mielestäni huoneen kunto ja hinta eivät kohdanneet! Vauvansänky oli likainen ja vanha.

you must chang the rooms style thy look very very old .

El primer cuarto era patetico, peqeño, cama matrimonial pequeña, con puertas que no cerraban, nos cambiaron de habitacion para uno todavia mas pequeño con el baño minimo, tristisima la situacion. Al dia siguiente despues de reclamar por enesima vez nos dieron un cuarto decente, con un baño adonde uno podia moverse. Nos gustaria saber el porque de esa situacion!!!
