Kombinasjon av grei beliggenhet, komfort og god service + tidvis gunstige pristilbud gjør at vi ofte benytter hotellet. (ca 6 ganger til nå)

Location Some floors in the hotel were under constructions. Therefore, it was really noisy as the builders start to work at 8 am to 6 pm. It is unreasonable at all to live there under the current situation due to the high noises. I asked the staff regarding the noises and they lied saying that the noises from the next building. I found the second floor which is the floor above my room has a lot of builders working on building the rooms! That wasn't fair for me at all-see at YouTube "hotel California champs élysées" I will upload vid clip about that-. I couldn't sleep neither my family. Also, my baby couldn't take her afternoon nap due to the noises.

The place is very near the Champs Elysee and the Arc. You can exit and go to dance to Queen disco. Very good place. The breakfast was very good. Big and full american breakfast. The people in the hotel were very good. They gave me a room in a floor with work. They said me that they gave me a better room than the one I paid but they didn't say nothing me before. However No problem, the room was very new because in that floor they are making new rooms. My room was one of the first ready.

Proximity to Champs Elysees Furniture and rooms are nothing like the photos and the description, no real restaurant and ....its the most expensive bad hotel I have even stayed in

The deal with breakfast was good, otherwise there is no good breakfast places nearby. The areas behind the main Champs Elysees were a night club district, so it is unpleasant to walk in the night as well as in the mroning - there are still drunken people in the morning.

The location was great---minutes from the Champs Elysees Avenue and also the Metro station. THe staff level of service was inconsistent. Some days staff was pleasant-others totally indifferent!

The room pictures in the site doesnt reflect the actual rooms, since there is old rooms with poor furniture and old, and renovated rooms, so you gamble 50/50 chance to get an old room and your holiday will be miserable.

Wonderful location. The room was so quiet and yet very close to the Champs Elysees. The staff were friendly and the room comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice.

There was no hot water in the morning when we wanted to shower so we ended up spending three (3) hours each morning waiting for hot water. The staff lied about the problem and tried to blame the district for the difficulty - however there was water the hotel just does not have the ablility to heat it during peek usage times in the morning. In forty-five (45) years of hotel stays this was the worst I have ever experianced...there are several more issues about this property but you really don't care. My funds should have been refunded !!!

The hotel was beautiful, the room was extremely comfortable and the staff was extraordinarily nice and professional. The location was excellent, close to Champs Elysees Boulevard which was ideal and very convenient -- close to metro and shopping. The breakfast was fabulous. Hotel should hire a concierge to assist guests with tours and reservations.

Great room, great location, excellent staff, special attention such as wellcome leter and gift. The gym has greT space but the equipment (multi work out) is terrible and not enough weights. The treadmills aregood. Breakfast is good but service there was bad with no replacements on time.

The hotel is in a very good location,a few minutes walk to the champs elysee but not too far from feaubour saint honoree as well(15 minutes walk).nice ,big lobby.very good if you need to have business meetings.also the staff are very nice and helpful. The air condition did not work-and it was very hot in paris.but as soon as we called the reception and complained-they fixed it.

Great location, excellent service. The hotel upgraded our room to a suit thinking that we might not be comfortable with two kids in one room and we were lucky that there was an available suit at that time.. This itself was a good indicator of a professional service. Everything was very clean. If I go to Paris again, this is the place that I will stay and recommend to my friends. Wi-fi was not working in our room, which was not very important for us but if it is necessary for you then ask for a room closer to the center of the hotel.

This was a fantastic hotel and a great find! Everything was better than expected, including the staff, room, location, etc. - we will definitley stay here again! Nothing - this hotel was fantastic for the price. Superb location, very nice and clean (and quiet!) room, very helpful staff.
