The location was wonderful. The staff is not that friendly or helpful. The AC was not working and the room became very hot. The bathroom was very nice for a Europe bathroom. |

There is nothing special about it, nothing amazingly good, but nothing falling into pieces... we didn't use anything else in the hotel other than the bedroom. |

The location of the hotel was excellent for all central sights in Paris. It was also in a good location for evening meals, either in St Germain or the Latin Quarter. The tariff included continental breakfast, which was a good start to the day. Our room looked out onto Rue des Ecoles, so we enjoyed the views. The bathroom especially the shower was very small, however we expected that as we've stayed at this hotel previously. The air conditioning didn't work the first evening and once fixed was not too effective. |

It was ok, very small room but with balcony for smoking if you stay at most 2nd floor rooms, I missed a minibar in the room though. A reception should always have a working vine bottle opener !!! |

It was in a great location, close to shopping, eating and sight seeing. The room was large, with beautiful decor and a very nice bathroom. Our room could have used an opening window. |

The Hotel is in an excellent location. Simon was very helpful when we arrived in answering our questions. They provide free internet service, which is wonderful, but the keyboard they have has a missing key and for those of us used to a qwerty keyboard there was nothing to help explain how to access some of the keys. We received some mis-information regarding the Open Tour Bus from the lady who was at the desk. |

Great view of Notre Dame - but I think only our room has that. Continuous noises from the elevator. |

Lift only for two people. Difficult to squeeze luggages in. Staff not friendly. Hotel doors locked after midnight and lights shut. Had to ring bell and wake receptionist up. |

The hotel is in a nice location in the center or Paris, I stayed in a quite small but functional and clean room. Free wireless internet is available. Wireless internet access is not entirely reliable and may become unavailable for hours. There is a PC in the lobby, available for guests usage, however its keyboard was in a pathetic state, misconfigured and with missing keys. The hotel staff was not able to solve any internet trouble and not much cooperative. |

Location Wonder where the pictures of the website were taken or when. Extremely disappointing. I had a hard time to recognise the hotel. Big difference between the Marketing presentation and reality. |
