Lokasyon, flat screen TV Otel odası biraz rutubetli idi. Oda kapılarında kilidin yanısıra zincir bulunması da iyi olurdu. |

The stuff were friendly. free internet helps a lot ,the room is good comfort,and clean . misleading information regarding the fitness room ,the fitness room is located in another hotel near by. you can hear voices from near by rooms .it would be a good idea to add some vegetables to the breakfast . |

Unfortunately not much at all. The only positive thing was that is is so close to Sorbonne and the various university schools as well as close to Quartier latin (If someone considers them as advantages..) Where do should I begin? The rooms so different form the web pictures (not so strange though), elevator, a small tin box just for 2 persons (hardly), lounge (still trying to find it..), breakfast for 12 euros!!! in a basement (with less than that you could have a coffee and an nice lunch in almost all of cafes and bistros). Need to go on... |

Excellent location: this hotel is not only in the heart of the city but also within an easy walk to the metro station for the train to the airport. Although very small in everything (lobby, room, bathroom) each space is elegant, tastefully furnished, and clean. There is free internet and wireless in every room. The staff was nice and helped arrange a convenient shuttle to the airport (not the kind that runs around the whole city for an extra hour before heading to the airport) which was necessary as there was a strike of the subway system. We also appreciated being let into our room earlier than the check-in time, as we arrived after an overnight trans-oceanic flight. The bathroom, while very beautiful, modern, and clean, is extremely small. I am of average size yet I had to sit a bit sideways on the toilet so that my knees would not hit the door and while in the tiny shower I kept either hitting the handle and thus inadvertently changing the water temperature, or being stuck to the curtain. Despite all this I'd still go back. |

Proximity to Metro, great location. Good value for money if you only require a bed. Bedroom smelled very damp, although it was warm and clean the smell did linger... |

This was an excellent value for a European hotel (Americans should remember that European non-luxury or non-international chain hotels have much smaller rooms than typical US ones). The staff was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. We will certainly stay there again. |

Very pleasant and helpful staff. Good location for access to the places we like to visit in Paris together with Metro and local services access. Unfortunately the hotel location does not permit very pleasant views from the rooms we occupied. |

The female at the desk certain days was very friendly and helpful. The males on duty at the desk seemed to not like their job and were not very friendly or helpful. |

Room was very clean maids did excellent job.. The breakfast was included and was very good. Staff needs improvement. AC did not work and it was very hot in the rooms. However, there was compensation that was given. Bathrooms were very very small and showering was uncomfortable. Though this is common for Paris hotels. |

The staff were helpful with any inquiries that I had and even offered to hold my bags after checking out! The room was small but I only needed it to shower and sleep so I didn't mind at all. I would come back!! |

Comfortable, clean, good location, friendly and helpful reception staff. Close to Notre Dame and all the attraction, without being on a noisy street. Perfect for our family stay. Breakfast was very basic (croissant, bread, jam, coffee/tea, cereal). I would have loved a bit more variety and some fresh fruit since we were there for 4 days. |
