friendly staff, beautiful apartment, excellent self catering facilities, central location, very clean, excellent value

that we were only there 3 days! wish it could have been longer!

Good location that close to Lille train station and a shopping mall. Modern design with white colour tone that makes residents feel comfortable. Cute dining table and a complete set of cooking wares as well as dining wares. Could be a good choice to family trip.

Wifi could only be connected to one device.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel has recently been renovated and everything has a "new" look about it. The rooms are very well lit so reading in bed is not a problem. All rooms are easily accessible to wheelchairs - stairlift, elevator are available. The mattresses are very comfortable, I.E. not too soft. Airco and heating are very silent - and the hot air heats the room up in no time. If only all the ch'ti were as friendly as the staff in this hotel ...

The beds are a bit on the short side, my guess is about 1m80, but that is a minor issue.

Only a few months old, the hotel is clean and practical. Previously an office block, the rooms are designed with a minimalist feel, decor is mostly white and simple. Whilst not spectacular, the hotel is affordable and clean. Good location, central and close to station.

Parking not that easy if you have a car, although station car park is nearby at an acceptable price.

This little apartments were so good! So close to the train station and to the center. The staff was so kind to us. No complaints at all!

It was a brand new nice hotel, in the heart of the city. People were nice and rooms were really nice, especially the shower!

Everything in CALM was great. It is what it promises: Comme A La Mainson. The lady at the reception on Saturday did everything to let us feel at home...with success. It is a real performance when you stay there for 24hours.

Naast het hotel is Horeca en daar mag binnen niet gerookt worden dus gebeurt dat op de stoep. Dat was in dit geval pal onder ons raam. Gaf lawaai en sigarettenrook in onze kamer waardoor wij de ramen aan een zijde moesten sluiten. Maar hier kan het hotel weinig aan doen.

La situation (à 50m de la gare Lille-Flandres et 200m de la Grand Place), Le calme malgré la proximité de la gare, l'ameublement et la propreté des chambres et de la salle de bain. La kitchenette est également un plus non négligeable.

N'ayant jamais été à Lille, j'ai été agréablement surprise de la ville, je m'attendait à une ville du nord, mais non, elle est propre, vivante, sécurisante, à l'architecture moderne, l'hotel très agréable, situé dans une rue calme tout en étant juste au centre.

Konnte mein Koffer da lassen und später Nachmittags problemlos abholen. Waren sehr Nett.

Ein wirklich schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen und mit allen nur erdenklichen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet. Große saubere Zimmer, hell und freundlich eingerichtet. Ich habe lange nicht so gut geschlafen... super Betten! Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereit. Immer wieder gerne.

Vriendelijk personeel. Heel schoon, netjes, uitgebreid ontbijt op de kamer.

Qua hotel niets, wat heel vervelend was is dat van onze nieuwe auto de ruitenwisser vernield was, terwijl dit op een eigen parkeerterrein gebeurd is, waarvoor we 15 euro per dag hebben betaald, misschien zijn er camera beelden. Daar we naar nederland moesten reizen zou het vervelend zijn als het zou gaan regenen. In nederland gelijk weer naar de garage. Parkeer gelegenheid was afgesloten, waarschijnlijk alleen voor gasten van het hotel. Ik kon niet terugvinden of parkeren voor eigen risico was. Vr gr J.Wijers

Accueil parfait, emplacement idéal et confort total, très grande chambre très propre et calme absolu dans cet établissement tout neuf.

Perfect voor gezin met 1 kindje. Heerlijk ruime, moderne kamer met faciliteiten van klein keukentje. De locatie is perfect, je staat zo op de grote markt.

Je bent afgescheiden van de andere hotelgasten wat wel fijn is . Ontbijt is ook op de kamer en das mega romantisch! Echt super mooie kamers met een klein keukentje ! En de badkamer was ook mega proper !

La blancheur immaculée de la chambre. Un petit stationnement devant l'hotel pour déposer les valises. La proximité de tout, metro, commerces, gares.Deux sexshop à proximité pour pimenter le we Petit déjeuner français tres complet pour 12€ Vaisselle propre et electromenager suffisant pour un we à deux. Chauffe serviette et seche cheveux dans la SdB. Aucun bruit le we mis a part nous et la rue qui s'anime comme toutes residences citadines. Personnel étranger chaleureux et aux petits soins.

Pas de place de garage disponible dans l'hotel. Obligation de garer la voiture au parc Euralille pour 40€ le We Le lundi matin c'est lavage des rues au camion bruyant, il passe plusieurs fois à partir de 7h La machine à café est sur le pallier dans les escaliers.

Proximité de la gare Lille-Flandres. Hôtel récent et très propre. Chambre très spacieuse.

L'accueil n'est pas à la hauteur de l'établissement : pas de hall mais un guichet dans un triste couloir, personnel loin des standards de l'hôtellerie. La décoration de la chambre est d'une sobriété qui confine à la tristesse : blanc, blanc, blanc. Les aménagements sont trop sommaires par rapport aux prétentions de l'hôtel : pas de portes au placard, pas de quoi accrocher sa serviette à côté de la douche, etc. Le petit déjeuner livré dans un sac est certes assez complet, mais en kit : à 12€ on n'a pas l'habitude de le préparer soi-même. Conclusion : les prestations générales ne sont pas à la hauteur des tarifs.
