I like'd the location and the layout of the rooms . One friendly staff member that helped me alot. THey said we can check in between 9am and 12am. Drove through the knight to get there in time so that a unfriendly staff member can tell me to come back at 5pm! Rooms was dirty, blood stains on some of the bedding and the heated pool is quite cold! I was embarresd taking my family there! It can be a great place but didnt work for us.

In general a very nice apartment with cooking facilities and a supermarket around the corner wich is open 7 days a week. Staff not willing to speak English, received very confusing phone calls in French afterwards. Reception is closed most of the time. Low quality kitchen equipment. Swimming pool in bad shape.

L'agencement de l'appartement est très bien. Le personnel est plutôt sympathique. La piscine est intéressante lorsque l'on a des enfants. La résidence se trouve au coeur de Saint Lary-Soulan, c'est génial de tout faire à pied. La literie des appartements lamentable (matelas proche du trampoline). La télévision est payante alors que l'on a que 5 chaines françaises et la réception est minable. La piscine est en mauvais état (et hammam hors service pendant les 2 semaines de notre séjour). Le personnel d'accueil étaient dans l'incapacité de nous donner des précisions sur les activités extérieures, sachant que Saint Lary n'est pas bien grand ...

Boa relação qualidade-preço. Não gosto muito de ter de pagar pelo aluguer da TV, pelos lençóis da cama, e o preço a pagar pela limpeza final do apartamento é muito excessivo. De qualquer forma está tudo escrito nas condições do hotel, logo só paga quem estiver desprevenido.

La chambre correspondait à nos attentes, spacieuse, toute équipée, bien agencée et agréable. L'hôtel est bien implanté en plein centre. Le personnel n'était pas forcément des plus agréables et pressés de partir à 19h30 pétante. Attention, tous les services payants (7 euros/jour la télé pour les chaînes tnt ça fait cher, et 1ere fois que l'on nous fait payer la télé à l’hôtel; de plus en payant ces 7 euros même pas d'accès aux chaînes payantes canal + ou autre)

La situation. Le design de la residence et particulierement joli. Appartement 10pers bien equipe. La piscine vraiment pas assez chaude. Idem pour la hamam. De plus nous etions 6 dans un appart pour 10 et il nous a semble que la table a manger devait etre petite a 10! Pour 6 c etait parfait

Los apartamentos estan nuevos y bien equipados.el jacussi esta ala misma temperatura que la piscina ,agua fria.Cuando llegamos,mas tarde de las 20:00,que no hay recepcion,te dejan una clave para entrar,pero la primmera noche la pasamos sin sabanas ni llave para cerrar la puerta.para limpiar t dejan aspiradora,pero me toco limpiar los pelos de perro que habia de los inquilinos anteriores.alquiler de sabanas 8€, asi que llevar sabanas.el wifi no funciona bien en el apartamento.tele con usb,para dvd....

Ubicacion dentro del centro del pueblo, pero no tanto de la Navette de recogida a pistas. Apartamentos normalitos, atencion deficiente y la piscina fria y concurrida. Atencion del personal de recepcion, demasiado jovenes e inexpertos, sin hablar en español aunque lo idicaba. Se debe hacer limpieza perfecta con aspirador !!...... para la revision del dia de salida !! (hay que reservar hora tanto para el aspirador, como para la revision), si no estan de acuerdo con ella no devolveran reserva (260 euros). Decepcion con esta residencia, solo tiene piscina como extra, hay mejores y con mejores precios en Saint Lary. No repetire.

Está ubicado dentro del pueblo y muy cerca de una pizzería donde son muy amables y se come bien. Tardaron mucho en darnos la habitación por haber reservado con booking, pretendían cobrarnos por la tv cuando la teníamos incluida, el sábado la piscina cerrada, habitación sucia y oscura, sofá cama incómodo, en recepción antipáticos y sosos, moquetas viejas, parking de pago, cuna de pago, wifi de pago, extractor muy ruidoso toda la noche sin posibilidad de apagarlo, secador de toallas funciona mal y huele a quemado.....vamos que ni lo recomiendo ni volvería. Mucho mejor los Balcones de la Neste en Arreau.

L'agencement de l'appartement, très spacieux et fonctionnel. La proximité du centre ville et des commerces. Obligation de prendre le parking souterrain de la résidence car le grand parking attenant à la résidence est municipal et payant par le biais d'un horodateur (maxi 3 h, dimanche et jour férié compris !!!). Une dizaine de places non payantes uniquement. Hammam en panne depuis longtemps (très longtemps) bien que mentionné sur le site !!!

El hotel eta muy bien situado en el centro de un pueblecito de alta montaña precioso, está bastante bien conservado, tiene un spa con piscina climatizada, jacuzzi y sauna también bastante buenos, el personal es agradable y con ganas de ayudar, pero hay que tener en cuenta que son apartamentos, asi que no tienes los servicios de un hotel, y hay que pagar aparte por casi todo, sabanas, toallas, televisión, limpieza del apartamento etc..., pero en general esta bien para una escapada con amigos y recorrer por la zona los puertos míticos del tour de Francia. Lo dicho anteriormente, hay que pagar por casi todo, pero ya estaba especificado en la descripción del hotel.

Prácticamente todo. Sí, la tv no está incluida en el precio del apartamento, Se alquila por 35€, precio que me parece excesivo teniendo en cuenta que solo se pueden ver 5 canales (un frances, un alemán, la bbc Al Jazeera, uno de deportes y el canal gallego).

Me ha gustado mucho la ubicación del hotel y el hecho de que tenga piscina y jacuzzi. Los apartamentos están muy bien aprovechados No me ha gustado que cobrasen cada servicio a parte como el mando de la tv o el hecho de que tengas que limpiar todo muy bien para que no te cobren la limpieza del final.

Los apartamentos son amplios y espaciosos. Están muy bien equipados. El proceso de entrega de llaves es muy mejorable. Estuvimos 1,5 hrs. esperando en la cola (Semana de Reyes).

El personal del hotel fue en todo momento muy maleducado, el servicio pésimo y además no se dispone de recepción abierta durante todo el día. El checkin estaba fatal organizado, y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora sólo para que nos dieran la llave del hotel. No me gustó el servicio de recepción, y la atención del personal del hotel. Las habitaciones tampoco estaban muy limpias cuando llegamos.
