Parking a little difficult as we were in a van

The hotel is very clean, location is convenient for visiting Paris. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, and connects to metro station Pont de Sevres in ~15mins.

There is no fridge / mini bar in the room.

Really clean, quiet, and well-equipped.

Hairdryer not working in bedroom and couldn't be fixed until next. Only 2 milks and one English tea bag in room. When requested more staff said they couldn't find any. Only 1 pillow in room when requested another staff asked us to go down to reception for it. Cafe closed at 10 and staff sent home even though it should be open to 11. So couldn't get coffees. Never saw cafe open and never manned. Had to ask reception who got drinks from kitchen. No explanation on hire of room as to how car park system worked luckily guest gave us key code to get in. Then when we checked in we were given code. Restaurant food terrible main hot course of lamb was disgrace tough and fatty no meat. No hot choices at breakfast Buffett and a million plain yoghurt but no flavoured yoghurt.

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were friendly and very helpful. There is supermarkets and a bar opposite the hotel. Bus stop outside. Would definatly recommend the hotel.

The location

Maids enters in a room very early ... without knocking!!!! Carpet is old and a little bit dirty no battery into the TV remote ... You need to have a lot of chance to catch the elevato ... so, the best way to be on time is to take the stairs ...

felt rooms where very tired, ours had a musty smell. Dont have rooms on the 6th floor as the air con units on the roof were very loud and sadly we could not get the air con to work in our room. Breakfats was not a great experience with so many people comming through and tables not being cleared, sadly do not like how Campaniles are using these horrible vending machines for hot drinks which seem to produce not great tasting coffee

We have stayed at this hotel several times. It provides what we need to a reasonable price. Car can be placed in a car park just under the hotel. Breakfast is good and many options for dinner exist, all at reasonable prices. We walked to Versailles and since two railways passes through Chaville one can reach two different parts of Paris by train. The train ticket also works in the Metro.

This hotel is excellent value for money. Great location for visiting the sights. Hotel is very basic but clean & comfortable. Bus to Versaille/Paris right outside the door & metro to Paris only 10 minutes away on bus.

I had requested 2 interconnecting rooms but we were split on 2 floors, reception were really not that helpful when I asked to be moved. Windows in rooms do not have safety catch & open fully outwards. Very dangerous. Also, we arrived back to hotel one night & asked for a drink from the bar but we were told we could not be served as the restaurant had also stopped serving. Breakfast was dear, don't book it. Grocery store on same street for croissants & fruit. There are 2 nice restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Convenient for Paris sightseeing and Versaille.

Easy access to Versailles and Paris as the bus stop is right outside the hotel and takes 20mins either to the Palace or the Paris metro. Clean and accommodating front desk staff.

The restaurant was a rip off and although my family and I got there 20mins before it was scheduled to close they started to put away the food before we could finish selecting what we wanted. Then charged us full price for the buffet. Food was below par also.

I paid 118 Euro plus 10 euro for parking for a really old room, with a very dirty carpet with dirt marks all over, dirty curtains, marks on the wall, with an overall impression of dirty. The next morning I reached my business appointment too late because both of my credit cards didn't seem to work and Io was invited to get cash across the street. I insisted that it was not possible that both credit cards are not working and they insisted that it was my problem. My impression was that they had an order to not accept credit cards. At the end and after a long time my credit card worked perfectly and they kept loughing about it by saying that it was a problem of my credit cards, I actually paid with without problems the same day in other places. I was totally disappointed about the room and behavir of the staff and I have never paid so much for such a terrible room and serivice.

Could be cleaner.

Hotel idéalement situé pour les voyages d'affaires chaville, meudon, sèvres vélizy etc... Jeune équipe formée d'individualités toujours sympathiques et à l'écoute. Saluons Lionel (je crois), Olga, Aurelia, etc... Sans oublier les indispensables Marie et Guizi qui savent se plier en 4 pour vous (par exemple, trouver une chambre de dernière minute). Je recommande cet hotel.

Parfois un internet un peu mou lorsqu'une armée de jeunes geeks loue la moitié de l'hotel.
