For us this hotel was convenient to the town of Cherbourg, in a quiet district yet close to the centre/shops; there is ample parking. It is well signed on the main road which is important for foreign visitors. |

The hotel in a motel style was clean and relaxed. Access from the main highway into Cherbourg was not so eay having a backwards angled drive. The English speaking staff were very obliging and courteous. Free internet connection was appreciated. Although adequate for a one night stayover on the way to the port, the rooms are somewhat confined. |

Bedding was clean. Staff efficient. But this could not over come..... I was given a disabled room with the shower cubicle unusable because of mould & damaged to the tiles. The mould ranged from the floor to the ceiling. The room smelled of dog usage and the grass verge was a dog litter. People smoked outside our door because it was were the cigarrette extinguisher is situated. This was also where the general waste bin was sited this was room one. Do not use room one. |

Pleasant location out of Cherbourg. Very easy to get to from ferry. Check-in easy and OK during in the evening . The room was comfortable and clean. I had booked 2 rooms for our family and we were given connecting rooms - I hadn't even asked for this and thought it was very considerate of them. The food in the restaurant was good and readily available mid-evening. Minor point - The room was a little dark as it faced a grassy bank, but this meant it was quiet as it was away from the road. |

Very pleased with the room, bed was comfotable and was pleased to see a kettle with tea and coffee.shame there was such a small amount of milk. The room was fresh and clean Cost of food and drink at this hotel was far too expensive. £6.50 for a beer. What I would expect to pay at the Hilton but not a buget hotel. |

Polite and friendly staff. It would have been nice not to have been put in a disabled room, but we guessed the hotel was full and it was the only room available. |

Easy to find, clean room, tea & coffee making facilities. Close to ferry terminal and quite at night. Door into bathroom needed a touch of oil as it squeeked quite loudly. Also as bed was close to the door it caught on the bedding. Disconcerting if you are asleep and your partner needs the bathroom during the night. |

The hotel is ideally situated for the port of Cherbourg. The room was clean with tea/coffee facilities. There is a dining room that had a good selection of meals. The buffet breakfast was also value for money. |

Location great - at top of hill into town. Easy to find and well marked. So popular when we ate in the restaurant all the other guests we knew as were going to same event Steepness of entry road, and the scraped tarmac, made entry a little difficult, and would make disabled guest difficult |

Friendfy staff. Our dog was very welcome. I was disappointed with a steak that I had with my evening meal but this could happen anywhere so it is not really a complaint. |

Nus avons aimé la situation tranquille de l'hôtel.Le grand parking. L'accueil chaleureux des hôtes et leur attention à nous satisfaire. L'accueil gratuit des enfants de moins de 5 ans. L'importante humidité des chambres. |
