'Typical Campanile' Lack of care by the 'femme de ménage' - towels missing, broken kettle, no spare toilet roll and insufficient teabags for a 'double room'. Worse was that the hotel didn't appear to accept that there was a problem! We were offered an alternative room, but that too had items missing.
